The fully finished basement with upgraded 10' ceilings is the perfect place to watch games or host guests in a spacious bedroom with private bathroom. Tankless water heater and fresh air intake system. With Backstage Coffee & Bistro, Bruz Beers Brewing Company, and a splash pad park for the kids, this is a place for everyone to enjoy.
