This particular listing is for two homes on the same property and is perfect for larger groups or multiple families that want a little extra space. The houses are approximately 50 yards from each other and have a combined 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Perfectly positioned 10 minutes from Downtown San Luis Obispo, Cal Poly, and local beaches; the houses give you the serenity you crave with access to Central Coast adventure. As for the wine-lovers, Edna Valley is home to 23 tasting rooms and our next-door and across the street neighbors happen to be wineries (Saucelito Canyon and Edna Valley Wineries) – so we would say you’re off to a good start! Additionally, it is a short drive to just about anywhere on the central coast including Lopez Lake, the village of Arroyo Grande, Avila Beach, Morro Bay, San Simeon, Hearst Castle, as well as Paso Robles and the famed North County Wine Trails.
The Orchard House and Farm House are 2126, and 2043 sq. ft. respectively, and have remodeled and updated with contemporary farmhouse décor that give a natural and clean feel to the space. The Orchard House sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms. There is also a twin trundle in the master bedroom extension room that is perfect for kids and will allow for 6 adults and 2 children. Across the driveway, the Farm House sleeps 8comfortably in 4 bedrooms. One of the rooms has two twin XL beds and the other three rooms have king beds. Additionally, there is a Smart TV in each living room and Wifi is complimentary. Guests have exclusive use of both houses and the fenced, private yards. The homes can also be rented out separately if less space is required. This listing is managed and offered by Hacienda Vacation Rental Services who will be available for questions or assistance throughout your stay.

The Orchard House is a 2126 sq ft and the Farm House is 2043 sq ft. Both homes have been completely remodeled while retaining the original charm. It makes for the perfect gathering spot for your next family getaway, wine tasting trip, or whatever brings you to the central coast. The Farm House sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 bedrooms and the Orchard House sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. There is also a twin trundle in the master bedroom extension room that is perfect for kids allowing for 6 adults and 2 kids. Additionally each home has two twin rollaways that can be set up in each living room allowing for two extra guests in each home and a maximum occupancy of 18 adults and 2 children when the homes are rented together on this listing.

The homes are located in the very heart of Edna Valley, home to 23 fabulous tasting rooms. If you don`t feel like driving then it is just a short walk to two of the best, Saucelito Canyon and Edna Valley Vineyards. Centrally located, downtown San Luis Obispo and Pismo Beach are each just a short 10 minute drive. These homes sit on a 41 acre property and when rented together, the homes will sleep groups of up to 14.
