We enjoyed our stay. The rental was just as described and clean! The location is great. The village, several shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. We rented bikes and loved biking around the island. This vacation rental had all the amenities that we needed and loved.

Safe, clean and quiet property. Updated living area and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms could use some updating but adequate. Overall great place to stay in St. Simons.
This property location is perfect to the downtown pier, the pickleball courts, the dog park, the beach, restaurants and so much more. The property was clean. It could use a new patio door and screen; and the deck repainted. Don't expect to use the pool in March as it is not heated, but it was still very relaxing to sit near the pool and read a book, or play some board games. We would definitely stay here again.
The property was quiet and comfortable. The weather was bad this stay, but the island and people are so beautiful that you make do no matter. Can't wait to return next May.
The apartment was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated that it was an easy walk into the Village. The surroundings of the condo was lovely with all the live oaks and water features. We enjoyed the view when sitting on the deck (though deck is very small and just fits two people.) Would definitely return to this unit.
The previous summaries were very accurate. The condo is very clean, spacious, comfortable, and is in a great location. We will definitely return. All of our needs were met.
Besides being updated and well appointed, this condo is perfectly located. We were able to let the big kids ride their bikes to the pier and walk our little to the park to play. We never had to get back into our cars. We rode our bikes or walked everywhere fun including the beach and the Village.

This property was so beautiful, peaceful and well located. The apartment's balcony faces a beautiful view of Spanish oak moss trees as well as an adorable little pond. Check in and check out were both easy and seamless. 10/10 highly recommend!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was great. We rented a golf cart. The condo was only a 5 min drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping.
We enjoyed the pool. It was clean and well maintained. The setting was beautiful.
The only negative was the bathroom faucets were dated and loose in the master bathroom. Also, the dryer was very noise. I think something was going out on it.
The condo needs new linens and an upgrade in the restrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The door lock wakes up the building with the insane noise that it makes . The walk to the beach was significantly longer than expected so we had to drive. The town was great and the food was amazing. I would encourage other guests to bring extra toilet tissue and paper towels.

We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo. When we arrived, there was no water but the property management company came right out to turn it on. Condo was very outdated but clean. Tried to turn the shower on in the master bath but whole facuet pulled away from the wall so chose to use the second bathroom. There was an outside light that was very bright that was on all night. It was not apart of the condo but of the complex so you could not turn it off. Overall the condo was fine but not worth the price we paid for a weekend. Way over priced for it being so outdated.

Not honest people!!!!!
I left my AirPods in the condo, told the owner, the cleaning lady and Emmons Realty where they were located and told them I would pay the $25 fee to have them shipped to me. No one has responded at all. The condo was nice but now I am down $200 because someone doesn’t want to be honest and return my item. I told them exactly where the AirPods were located and still no response. It’s been over a week now! Completely unacceptable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The neighborhood was quiet with a small pool, exercise room, and tennis courts easily accessible. The layout was great with nice-sized walk-in closets attached to each bedroom and two full baths. The only slight issue was old plumbing (especially in the master bath) but they were looking into some of those issues. Yes, as someone mentioned, the door lock is VERY loud but that's only a problem if someone is sleeping. We preferred to drive to the pier, but if it's crowded, it is technically close enough to walk. We actually walked all the way to the lighthouse and back, which wouldn't have been too bad if we hadn't also climbed 129 stairs to the top of the lighthouse! But it was worth it! We also enjoyed eating at Frosty's and Iguana's, which were about a 10-12 minute walk from the condo and passed pickleball courts and a nice, large playground on the way. The people from Emmons were easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again!
