Nice stay

Appreciated the clean linens and the location since we were here to travel around to a few places nearby. Close to interstate so it’s easy to access anything. Property itself seems very secure, lit up parking and patio spaces, alarm system and good keypad locks.

Awful visit

The place smelt like heavy smoke woke up stuff up and felt like unclean air the area is awful there was mold all over unit and smoke detectors were ripped out from property overall awful stay we had to leave property

You know the reason why you had to leave, all that you say is lies. For Our properties we are zero tolerance when it comes to uncleanliness and mold that’s highly illegal to have mold in our property, with hundreds of guest comes in and out. You treat us with no respect, I would not recommend any host to accommodate you and that’s very hard for me to say.

Small yet functional for one or two people

Very clean, small studio on the north side of Jacksonville. Pots, silverware, seasonings available in the kitchen. Nicely decorated. Owner thought of a kit that you’ll need during your stay. Keurig, coffee ,creamer available as well. Note the neighborhood isn’t my cup of tea. I didn’t feel comfortable with the surroundings. Nobody bothered me or my car,.. just wasn’t someplace I’d choose to stay for 2 weeks if I knew the location in advance. There’s ac washer and dryer on property but you have to call owner to get access to it as it is in another locked building.. Ants are a problem in the units. Other tenants had the same issue with ants. Owner notified and sent her maintenance guy out to spray, the spray wasn’t effective so I went and bought Ant and roach spray myself and treated my unit. Had to sit outside for a while to let the fumes settle. There are tons of spotlights on property. Which is good, but if triggered in middle of night it shines in the unit. I can’t sleep with the light being triggered at different hours of the night. Parking is in a gated area. Not a legitimate parking lot. Have to park in grass. My pants of uniform was wet every morning when I went to work… So I hope my review helps others

You are very hard to work with, everything you requested it was granted, whatever you had there in the unit causes the ants, our other guest had no ants problem, we have Bug Out company comes out every quarter, it’s Florida so we make sure our properties are sprayed, we take pride in keeping all our properties in great shape, your review is not honest, our neighborhood is historical and quiet and our guest enjoyed there, we have lots of parking you choose to park in the grass, we gave you access to wash because the listing you had does not come with washer and dryer, so I thought you would be grateful, unfortunately you are not.

Great little place

Clean, updated, alarm system and all the things you need when traveling. I really was only there in the early a.m. and evening and it was super. Nice and relaxing. Thanks for such a pleasant stay!
