Beautiful apartment house "Chalet Smaragd". In the district of Gydisdorf, 100 m from the centre, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, south facing position. For shared use: natural pond. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Linen change weekly. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking. Shopping centre 150 m, restaurant, bar, bicycle rental 100 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Firstbahn" 100 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 400 m. Wunderbares Appartement

Zentrale Lage, ruhig, herrliche Sicht auf Eiger und Schreckhorn, Firstbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso Haltestelle Ortsbus zum Terminal, Einkaufsläden und Restaurants fussläufig problemlos zu erreichen

Ferien zu 2

Die Wohnung ist sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Räume bieten für 2 Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Austattung ist knapp bestückt und bei den Messern sollten alle ersetzt werden. Die Matraze ist durchgelegen und so ungenügend.

Good experience

Would be great if they can give clearer instructions (XXX) of exactly where to find the staff and the lodge. I took us 2 hours to find out. The house itself is superb. Great conditions. Laundry facilities is excellent... although it took us some time to figure out how to use them.
