Newly furnished, cozy cabin with view of Bear Mountain Ski Resort just minutes away. Located in lower Moonridge area on a quit, non-busy street. 1 minute to the Zoo, walking distance to ski shuttle, 1.5 miles to Snow Summit Ski slopes, 5 minutes from the lake, 5 minutes to national forest with hiking & biking trails, 5 minutes to main shopping, 5 minutes to Big Bear Village, 2 miles to family snow tubing. Two story house, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, smart TV, full kitchen, laundry room, fireplace, gas BBQ and deck.
FIRST FLOOR: The first floor has a bunk bed and one futon coach and includes a foosball table, Guitar, Keyboard/Piano and a big smart TV (this consider a bedroom) and is located at the main entrance and the entire first floor is considered as a bedroom. Also, there is a full bathroom.
SECOND FLOOR: 2 Queen Bedroom with closet. One of the bedrooms is a master bedroom and is larger than the other bedroom and has a smart TV and ceiling fan. Both bedrooms are sharing a wall. The other bedroom has a queen bed and closet only (smaller)

EXTERIOR MONITORING:
Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons, and to monitor occupancy compliance, authorized pet compliance, and other policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these outdoor public areas. Disabling or obscuring the cameras are prohibited and may result in eviction without any refunds.
CITY OF BIG BEAR LAKE VACATION RENTAL ORDINANCE:
The City of Big Bear Lake’s regulations require that there may only be 3 vehicles at the property. All guest vehicles must be parked in the driveway. No Guest street parking at any time. Music/Noise must be kept to a low level and never be audible at the property line, to disturb our neighbors. No parties. Maximum of 6 occupants at our property at all times. There is ZERO Tolerance for violating any of the Ordinance or City Code regulations. Citations and possible eviction, without any reservation refunds, will be enforced. Thank you for helping to keep our beautiful mountain community a safe and pleasant destination.
Big Bear is very strict with regards to outside noise after 10 pm. You do face noise complaint fines from the city if you are outside on a deck (talking, bbq, playing music, etc) after 10pm. This is a Big Bear city ordinance.
If My co-host has to visit the home during your stay because the city ordinance department has demanded we do, your booking will be charged a $250.00 minimally, $500 for a second visit and $1000 for eviction. Amplified music heard at the property line at anytime even during the day will result in a fine.
We can not prevent the city from issuing the fines. The city ordinance officers who are hired to patrol vacation rental homes respond to “CODE CALLS” by neighbors. Please be respectful to the neighborhoods and be nice to the code officers, they have the ability to issue fines and if you are over occupancy they will evict you. We can not issue any refunds if you are evicted.
