Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The maximum number of occupants is 10 at all times. Only those guests stated on reservation are allowed on the property without prior consent.
Additional guests not in the reservation will add $50/night fee for each extra guest. $20 fee/each dog feces/urine AND/OR fishing messes left behind.
City mandated quiet 10PM and 8AM. No loud music, voices, etc. allowed during quiet/$150 fine. Please respect all permanent residents at all times.

Why they chose this property

Very quiet street that is perfect for relaxing in Cocoa Beach. Still close enough to walk to the beach and great restaurants with lots of live music and a downtown steet fair every Friday night.

What makes this property unique

To park a boat at the dock we charge $50/day and our insurance company requires a copy of your Boat Liability Insurance policy emailed to owners at least 72 hours before check-in date, to be sure that it covers any damages that may arise to dock, etc. Thank you in advance.
