This is the perfect place for your bridesmaids get-ready, rehearsal dinner, office party, retirement, birthday or holiday party, baby & bridal showers and just about any type of gathering you can imagine. The living room can easily accommodate 48 for a seated dinner and 80 for cocktails & hors douvres. The 50 foot balcony overlooks historic Palafox Street & downtown’s vibrant entertainment district.

The Loft on Palafox is located right in the heart of Pensacola’s entertainment & restaurant district. We have private gated parking, a rare find in the heart of Downtown. The Loft is within walking distance of over 40 fabulous restaurants, all the major entertainment venues, and downtown wedding venues. Pensacola Beach is a quick 15 minute drive.
What makes this property unique
The Loft on Palafox is in a building that was commissioned in 1870 by Don Francisco Moreno. The original post & beam construction and exposed brick are visible throughout the loft. A 100 year-old Knabe baby grand piano and two 10x10 skylights provide the setting for spectacular photography. The piano is tuned twice a year and we can provide musicians for your special event.
