We appreciate you mentioning the noise from the third floor as well. While some level of noise transfer can be expected in a multi-level building, we understand how disruptive it can be, particularly when staying directly beneath another family, and we appreciate you mentioning it so future guests can have a better understanding of the layout. We are glad you were able to enjoy the beautiful beach and included chair service, although we understand that the busy beach environment may not have been what you expected. Hi Janice, thanks for staying with us and for submitting this review. We do apologize for letting you down in the areas of property condition. We do our best to maintain these properties but we do falter from time to time and that is why we truly value your feedback so we can make the necessary changes/improvements. We can happily report that the maintenance issues have all been resolved. We aways aim to resolve any issues guests have as quickly as possible; with the issues you mentioned we had a glitch in our system which had our team going to another unit instead of yours. That glitch has been fixed and should not be an issue for future stays. We apologize for the long wait you had and offered compensation. In regards to the mattress, we are truly sorry as it is a very difficult task to find bedding for vacation rentals as each person has a unique preference. We have however taken your comment into account and will definitely make some changes. We thank you for your positive cleaning remarks, and we are also happy that you found the home beautiful.
