Thanks to its two interior courtyards, the residence is a real haven of peace. In the heart of the city centre, you can glean in the pedestrian streets, enjoy the canal in peace and quiet and enjoy the local shops.
The port invites itself into the city. Ships walk around the street corners, mixing tuna boats, trawlers, small zincs, boats for jousting.
Our apartment benefits greatly from the calm and brightness of the interior courtyards thanks to the large terrace facing EAST.
The accommodation
We have completely renovated the apartment and chosen very good quality furniture.
This area of the city centre is very quiet, very pleasant.
Traveller access
A private parking space in the garage is reserved for you, with direct access to the floor by the lift. A bicycle room is at your disposal.

Logement très facile a trouver ,très propre fonctionnel , location en retrait de la route pour une tranquillité optimal , le lit confortable ,en plein centre de Sete a proximité de tout commerces , restaurants , le marcher du mercredi aux halls rue piétonne super, on peut faire tout a pieds et laisser la voiture au parking en sous sol, place numéroté avec la location.Le p'tit la terrasse avec mobilier pour prendre le p'tit dej du matin au soleil et se détendre le soir à l'ombre pour un apéro après une journée bien remplie.Petit bémol , il faudrait prévoir a déboucher l'évacuation du syphon pour éviter le débordement de la douche !!! Bon emplacement, je recommande

L'appartement est propre, très calme et très bien situé en plein centre ville. Joli terrasse avec soleil le matin, mais beaucoup de vis a vis. Nous avons séjourné avec notre bébé, tout l'équipement nécessaire était présent : lit, matelas, chaise haute, baignoire, un vrai plus! Le parking fermé est appréciable mais il n'est pas entretenu (déchet et mauvaise odeur) et des personnes extérieures à la résidence s'y gare puisque le portail met beaucoup de temps à se refermer, c'est dommage. Le service de remise et dépôt de clé est super et permet de gérer son heure arrivée/départ en toute autonomie. Je recommande.

Superbe

Très content de notre location , exposition parfaite (le soleil le matin et l'ombre l'après midi). Appartement situé en cour intérieure , vis à vis très peu gênant .Location à 2mn des commerces en bas de rue 5mn du port et des restaurants.

Séjour à Sète centre

Joli appartement avec quelques déceptions. la terrasse n'avait pas été nettoyée, canapé lit impraticable, frigidaire trop petit, linge pas adapté à la capacité décrite de 4personnes. Mais la décoration, l'emplacement ainsi que le parking dans la résidence sont très appréciables.

L'appartement est très bien situé, très proche du centre ville. L'immeuble est moderne et propre. Nous avons été accueillis par Sandrine, très sympathique et arrangeante. Tout était conforme à la description. Merci.
