We received a phone call from the property manager that the property was available early, which was a nice surprise. The property does need some attention but was fine for our 3 night stay. It was a great location for entrance to Rocky Mountain Park. The property manager also gave us a late check out. We enjoyed our visit!
Great place to stay, water right across from the deck, you can watch from the hot tub. Condo was very nice but hot tub was dirty when we arrived, but they came and refilled it the next morning right away!
Nice property in a great location near Rocky Mtn National Park
This condo was clean, with comfortable beds, and a lovely private hot tub. On the less positive side, the kitchen is really not well-equipped and the fixtures and furnishings are outdated (including faucets that don't work well and old pots and pans). Overall, though, this is a lovely, very private property in a great location. We were there in spring, so temperature wasn't an issue, but it is clear from the large fans and the numerous reminders about no air conditioning, that the condo gets hot during the summer months. Overall, we recommend the condo and we appreciate that the management was helpful when we reached out for help.
Loved the property! The only reason only 4 stars for cleanliness was we felt the hot tub could have been a little cleaner funny smell, but could have been the chemicals. Comfy King Bed, would love to know what kind. Condo had all basic needs and was private! Will return for sure.
We loved loved rental. It is hard to find a a private condo with a private hot tub. We felt very secluded even though there were other condos all around us. Check in/out was super easy. We will definitely be coming back!
Everything was as expected except the pull-out bed was broken and uncomfortable. No sheets available for this mattress. Everything else was clean and cozy with all items needed for a short stay!
After losing my Mom before Thanksgiving this was a much needed getaway for our family!!! We really enjoyed this time realizing how important family and friends are during this time of loss!!
Kitchen could have been better stocked with less worn appliances. Hot tub was great, location was great only minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.
Enjoyed the serenity of the property. Very quiet and very relaxing. Only slight issue we had was the condo was warm with the windows closed during the day and in the evening. Other than that, using the fans to draw in the cooler evening air helped to get the condo down to a comfortable temperature. Would definitely come back and stay again in the future.
We arrived to elk surrounding our balcony and the river flowing eight in front of us! The hot tub is very outdated but we have zero complaints about our entire trip! The cabin was exactly as pictured and we even commented how clean it was kept. You will have a repeat customer for sure!
We had a great family getaway at this condo! It was exactly what the listing said it would be. The private hot tub on the deck was fabulous! The 3 TVs all worked and the beds were comfortable! As we hope to own a rental property at some point - this place gives us something to strive for! Very well done in the kitchen with everything we needed to cook and clean. Thanks for helping us make fun memories!
