Great little spot
This house was a great adventure. It is older. Does not have all the fancy bells and whistles, but it was warm, cozy, and just the right space and view. The beach access is close, but it is 7 flights of concrete stairs with a rail which was perfect for my kiddos. The loading zone was super handy. All in all, great little spot.

Good location
Water pressure in the shower made us not want to shower. Suggest a queen bed in the bedroom. Sofa is in really bad condition and needs replaced. Horrible to sit on and sleep on. I wouldn't suggest this home for anymore that 2 people.

Oceanside Oasis
Pictures provided were exactly what we found this place to be. Perhaps a little dated but very comfortable. Housekeeping needs to check dishes and utensils before releasing to next guest; we found many items with dried on food residue, knives that had been just wiped off because I could see remains of butter. Many items are stored in cabinets that are way too high for a normal height person to reach (had to use a chair to stand on to retrieve the toaster stored above the microwave.) We thought there would be wood available for the fireplace, instead just a sign stating to use only presto logs which were not there. The beach access required descending and ascending a very steep stairway of about 5 flights of back and forth levels. It was nice to have clearly marked towels for our fur baby. While we were there, the sunset was directly in front of the huge wall of windows. We were never able to get the Wi-Fi to connect so went our entire stay unable to keep in touch. We had to get away from the rental to access email and respond to texts. My husband had a very difficult time trying to appropriately use the tv. Better instructions need to be left in the unit; never could watch things we had planned to. In our welcome instructions we found directions related to “a key on a float that will give us access to a detached building”. No key was found. We never needed to add cold water to the hot for washing dishes or even showering. Even then we never actually had HOT water.
