Located on a quiet cul-de-sac tucked away in the trees. Sound-front beach access just a two-minute walk away. Close to great restaurants, shopping and of course THE BEACH!

**This home is a duplex style layout, your rental is located on the ground level of the home. The cool thing is there is no one above you except a deck and that deck is blocked off for no use to the other apartment. Your apartment is 100% private for you and not shared with anyone. The other apartment is also rented on Airbnb or VRBO so feel free to reach out to us if you need a larger apartment!

**There is an exterior security camera on this property.

CHECK OUT AND CHECK IN:

- Check In is at 4:00 PM. If our cleaners finish the home early we will send you the check in information as soon as the house is ready. We can not guarantee the home will be ready early or a specific check in time. Please plan accordingly!

- Check Out is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately in order to get the home ready for the next guest in a timely manor we are unable to accommodate any late check outs. In addition our cleaners do charge infraction fees if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?
- The beach just a few blocks from the house so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are several free parking beach accesses within a 2 minute drive. Also, we provide 2 beach chairs so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car!

IS THERE A GRILL?
- Unfortunately No. Due to wind we do not allow grills.

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?
- Beach Towels.
- Additional coffee and paper products that you may need outside of what we provide.
- Any additional items you may need that we do not provide.

ARE THERE ANY RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE?
- Trio, our favorite wine and cheese bar is just up the street within walking distance! They offer wine, beer, cheese, tapas, and sandwiches.
- There are many well known restaurants within a five minute drive from the home including: Barefoot Bernies, Black Pelican, and Hurricane Mos.

DO YOU HAVE A TEA POT?
- Unfortunately No :/ But the Keurig can brew a cup of hot water for you to steep tea in!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was very clean, well-decorated, secluded, quiet, and serene. We felt like we were in our own world. The hosts were fantastic with communication and had one of the easiest and most smooth check-in/out processes that I have received. If you have the time, I would highly recommend a dinner at Miller’s Seafood and Steakhouse (most tender steak I have ever had) and Bob’s serves some wonderful breakfast foods with a great, comical atmosphere. Our entire experience in the OBX was great, and we will definitely be making this a yearly tradition at The Oasis!

Exactly as described. It is a very convenient location to all to beaches and attractions. Host gives great recommendations for which beach is best, restaurants and coffee shops that we are glad we checked out while we were there. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

This was a beautiful, quiet & accessible place for my husband and I to stay for our 1st vacation to The Outer banks N.C. Very Clean & perfect set up for a couple to stay a couple of. nights or a full week. It was effortless & a pleasure to stay at. It had extra amenities like a Sauna, 2 showers & hot tub with jets!! Couples getaway

Perfect little couples retreat. Very clean and a ton of extra special touches, including bedside mints and bath bombs. Loved the jacuzzi bath. Centrally located. We hiked the different nature preserves, went to Manteo, played indoor tennis, and relaxed. Artim was extremely responsive and helpful.

The Host was punctual, welcoming, accommodating and ready to serve. The host stayed in contact with us to make sure all our needs were met; yet he was not to overbearing. The room was in the perfect location. Its close proximity to the Corolla Beach Horses, lighthouses, fine cuisine, beaches made it perfect for those looking for adventure. Yet it was secluded enough to enjoy some one on one time with that special someone. Quick January Get-Away

My husband & I decided at last minute to get away so ...very little planning on our part. Host had great recommendations for restaurants- all within 5min. Trio OBX for dinner, Black Pelican (2 visits!) & Barefoot Bernies twice. The room was decorated for relaxing in mind with Soaking tub w/candles, His/Her shower & sauna/ wine rack. Luxury bed linens & pillows! Very private & quiet! Ice & snow morning of check out so host graciously allowed us to stay extra night. Too cold for a walk but we would have walked every morning. Highly recommended.

Last minute getaway

My wife and I decided last minute that a quick beach trip was needed. Finding this little gem was exactly what the two of us needed. Nestled between the bay and the ocean, the apartments location offered a quick walk to the bay and the entrance to the Wright Brothers Multi Use Path. We chose to drive about 1 mile to public parking for beach access instead of running across the major North Croatan Hwy. The apartment itself offered everything one would need for a quiet and relaxing beach stay. The owners truly went out and made us feel welcomed from the moment our reservation was made to the final message thanking us for choosing the East Coast Host. I highly recommend staying and hope your stay is as enjoyable as ours.

Loved this really really unique property! Clean, stocked with all your needs. Very comfy bed. Great outside sitting area. Close to everything!! We really enjoyed our stay here. A drawback for us was, the beach walk though not very far away at all was really difficult if your planning on walking it during the Summer months. The highway is very difficult to cross, Honestly it's dangerous. If you are planning on staying here be aware of this. Overall though it's a really neat little place!!

Amazing Getaway

We had an amazing stay at the Oasis for a last minute getaway. Artim and family were extremely accommodating and friendly. Extremely quiet and everything one would need is provided. Close to the beach and sound for the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and several restaurants within walking distance. All the food recommendations were spot on. Looking forward to staying at the Treehouse when it's finished.
