THE INDOOR SPACE:
-The Master Bedroom offers a king sized bed with a green tea memory foam mattress, night stands, ceiling fan, closet space with hangers, a full length mirror, an iron and ironing board and quaint decor.

-The Second Bedroom offers a queen sized bed with a green tea memory foam mattress, night stands, a mid century dresser, ceiling fan, closet space with hangers, and earthy décor/furnishings.

-The bathroom has been recently updated and is stocked with 4 bath towels, 1 hand towels, 4 washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and hand soap.

-The Dining Room offers a spacious modern glass top table with rustic metal chairs that seats four.

-The Living Room offers a sectional sofa with comfy throw pillows and blankets, and a 55" flat screen LCD television that has Netflix and Amazon Prime TV.

-The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (oven/stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator), retro microwave, pots and pans, a variety of cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, cookie sheets, baking dishes, a toaster, a ninja blender, Tupperware, a knife set and cutting boards, and A COFFEE BAR with a Keurig Coffee Maker!

-The Sun room is surrounded with nine large windows and offers a reading nook, and storage space for towels, shoes, and beach gear.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The Back Deck is private and only accessible through the home and offers a seating area for four with peaceful surroundings!

**This home is a duplex style layout, and this rental is located on the second story of the complex. Your entrance and all of the space shown and listed is private for you, and completely separate from the other apartment. **

CHECK IN:
Check In is at 4:00 PM. Our cleaners do not provide us with a scheduled time that they clean our house specifically because they clean many houses in the day so their schedule always changes, and they are unable to guarantee us a specific time slot. Because of this we are unable to guarantee any early check-ins, however, our cleaners always do their best to get finished as early as possible. Once our cleaners text us that the house is ready we will then text you the check in information immediately. :)

CHECK OUT:
is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately in order to get the home ready for the next guest in time we are unable to accommodate any late check outs. In addition our cleaners do charge infraction fees if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM

HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?
The beach is just a few blocks away from the house so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are several free parking beach accesses within a 2 minute drive. Also, we provide 4 beach chairs, 1 cooler, and an umbrella so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car!

IS THERE A GRILL?
Unfortunately No. The Outer Banks can often times be windy and each year many people on the beach lose their homes due to grill related house fires. For this reason and safety reasons we do not have a grill at our home or allow them. We apologize greatly :(

RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE:
Our favorite coffee shop is just down the street within walking distance Front Porch Café! The offer coffee, tea, and pastries. There are many OBX well known restaurants within a five minute drive from the home including: Barefoot Bernie's, Black Pelican, and Hurricane Mos.

We are available at any time to answer any questions you may have via text or phone. If we are in the area upon your arrival we like to introduce ourselves and give you a tour!

This was a nice, cozy property located on a quiet street. The home was well equipped with all the essential items in the kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. The only recommendations I would offer are to consider adding motion lights on the stairs, as it was quite dark when going up at night, and to have the cleaners check that all lightbulbs are working prior to guest arrival. We also noticed the lighting over the dining area was a bit dim for evening activities. Overall, this was a pleasant and comfortable stay — we only wish the weather had been better during our visit. We would definitely stay here again.

3 Day getaway to OBX

The property was exactly as described and very clean. The beach is only a couple of blocks away, but it easier to drive so that the beach equipment provided by the host can be utilized. We would definitely visit any property hosted by the owner again. A plus experience for us!

Wonderful hidden gem

This was a perfect apartment. Stayed for a few days with my husband and 7 year old. Fantastic location. Easy to find in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby and the beach was not far and there is a ton of public access. Apartment was very nice and very clean. Easy check in and clean up. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the OBX.

This place is a beautiful hidden gem! Just the right size for the 3 of us. Great Communication with the host if I had a question and having chairs, umbrella and a cooler for the beach available made packing for our road trip easier. Has a cute deck in back that we enjoyed hanging out in the morning and drying our beach towels and suits over night. Close to the beach, Wright Memorial and places to go out to eat. Great location!Nice quiet neighborhood off the main drag. Thank you for a wonderful place.

Relaxing oasis!

my husband and I were here for our babymoon/one year weddign anniversary. While the weather may have been less than cooperative, the apartment was PERFECT! The hosts thoughts of everything!- water in the fridge, coffee pods, netflix tv account set up. The entire place was a cozy, secluded and exactly what we were looking for! We cannot wait to come back adn stay again. I also left my favorite pink Yeti cup (:( ) of which I am still working with the owners to get returned. The owners are so thoughtful, quick to respond, courteous and incredibly sweet!

Our best beach trip!

The entire process with East Coast Host was fantastic and easy from beginning to end! Communication was very clear and so helpful - from specifics at the home, beach access, local food and attractions, etc. I wish that every host was this helpful! Location of the house was close to all the things we wanted to do in OBX - if we didn’t have a little one, we would have been able to easily walk to the beach, but using the beach chairs and umbrella provided the drive was short and easy. The porch is nice and secluded by trees from neighbors and very peaceful. When we come back we will definitely be booking with East Cost Host!!

1st time visit / Birthday get away

My 1st time coming to the OBX for my birthday weekend and it didn't disappoint. The condo was in a quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors and a short drive to the beach (two blocks over). There was a mix up with a cooler that was supplied by the condo, but when I sent a text to the property manager, I received a quick response and the matter was fixed within the hour, great communication! I already said I will be utilizing one of the other properties next birthday because I will be back. Until next year! :)

Lovely getaway

We had a lovely time at this property and got some much needed rest and relaxation. The apartment is very cozy, well maintained, and we found ourselves feeling very much at home. The host was very clear about what amenities were included, which was helpful, and the kitchen was stocked with all necessary pots/pans/silverware and bakeware. Check-in and check-out were seamless in large part due to the timely emails/instructions which were sent out. Prime location -- close to the beach and all the attractions of OBX. Loved that the hosts provided recommendations on places to eat and area attractions. Note, this property is on a second level without elevators. We didn't find this to be a problem but flagging for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs. Thank you and we hope to visit again in the future.

Great place and great time
