Great Experience!

Very nice, good location. Pool, ice maker, wine cooler and 6 passenger golf cart really made the stay a great experience.

Family vacation

Very nice property. Headlights on golf cart very dim. Could use a few more staple items upon arrival, ie paper towels, dish detergent, toilet paper, etc. Cookware was old and food stuck to them and almost impossible to clean. Otherwise an awesome excellent property.

Property manager ruined our stay

Despite providing all of the correct information at the time of booking we were only provided 6 wristbands. I called on our arrival to report the mistake but I was told they were closed until Monday. We had 10 occupants on our vacation therefore 4 people were forced to sit at home while the rest of the family accessed amenities like the pool and or beach. On Monday at nearly 4pm we finally received more wristbands but guess what… it was only 2 more. We finally got all wristbands on Tuesday. During the wristband mishap we noticed the golf cart was malfunctioning. I called Sunday morning yet I never received a call back. Monday morning I called two times first thing. Finally, at 10am I received a phone call that a technician was “on the way” therefore we needed to bring the golf cart back to the house immediately. The 6 people who were luckily enough to have wristbands at the time were forced to come home to return the golf cart. We then sat at the house. And sat. And sat. For over 5 hours! During this period I emailed 360 Blue 2 times and called numerous times with no answer. I finally got in my car and drove to the address listed on goggle. When I arrived the employees could not have been more unhelpful. They were so unsympathetic and actually tried to blame the wristband mistake on me! They offered no apologies or restitution. The home is pretty but the furnishing is not up to par to compared to some of the other homes. The beds are very comfortable. Porches are beautif
