Unit #322 at St Martin Beachwalk Villas is the place for your short vacation to Destin. or snowbirds' long stay. This three bedroom, 2.5 baths condo is spacious enough to accommodate up to 8 guests. Queen master bedroom, a queen second bedroom, and king size bed in the third bedroom.. The unit has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Located on the 2nd floor across from barbecue pit and pool patio areas.

Just across from Big Kahuna Waterpark, the condo is "in" the center of ALL of the fun of Destin. Fishing, food, and fun for the whole family.

Unit could use some serious updating, not all rooms had tvs, hardly any cookware, ice maker didn’t work, cannot walk around barefoot with out feet getting filthy & community was doing land scape while there and put new mulch down which caused very bad odors pool stayed dirty been going to this community for 6 years and this will most likely be the last it’s going down hill idk if its new owners or management company ! But other than owner denied access for my service dog she was nice and communicated well

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry the property did not meet your expectations. The listing clearly states which rooms have TVs. I was also surprised by your comments about the cookware, as previous guests have consistently found the kitchen to be well-equipped. The ice maker sometimes gets turned off by guests accidentally. Had you contacted me during your stay, I would have been happy to explain how to turn it on. The landscaping and other works around the condominium are part of community improvements being made by the new owners and management and they are intended to improve the property. I’m sorry it was an inconvenience. Guests are encouraged to review the listing carefully and reach out with any questions before reserving and during their stay so I can address it right away.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The host was always very quick to respond and helped with any questions we had. They have a ton of beach toys but sadly there were no beach towels which we were a little shocked by. The place was very clean and we liked the layout for our family of seven. There were just a couple of things that made it to where we didn't feel like we could give it five stars. The condo has enough bedrooms and bathrooms to have a larger family stay in it but the dinning room table could only hold 4 people so we were never able to eat a meal together. The kitchen is stocked okay but needs to have some more essential things for cooking, they only had one small skillet to use and an electric skillet. Our family did not mind because we have kids and understand foot traffic noises but if you don't want to hear your neighbors above you I would not recommend this place. We could hear the neighbors above us and the people below could hear us. It is a very quiet community and it felt very safe. The walk to the beach is so short and such a bonus. Overall it was a great place to stay and my family really enjoyed it.

Regarding the beach towels, that's not something we've traditionally provided, but I appreciate you mentioning it since it helps us understand our guests' expectations.
