Welcome to this beautiful home located in Lake Marion Golf resort. Featuring 2 big and relaxing community pools one right in the backyard of the home. Both are heated pools. Main clubhouse has pool, gym and pool table. Basketball & tennis courts are a walk away from home. Enjoy Legoland and Peppa Pig Theme Park its 25 min away, 45 min to Disney parks and 15 min to restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Checkout is at 11 AM. Please take out trash, wash dishes, turn off lights, close doors, leave keys/passes on hook, and check for belongings. Thanks & safe travels! Hope to host you again!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool hours are dawn to dusk. This are strict rules of the community and any guest who is in the pool area after dusk will be fined $300.
