Our fantastic 4-bedroom villa is located approximately 20 minutes away from Disney in a small, tranquil and secure gated community. With no rear neighbors and a south-facing pool this is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for maximum sunshine and maximum privacy. And at less than 1.5 miles from an awesome shopping plaza containing supermarkets, pharmacies and numerous eating options the location couldn’t be better either. The villa itself comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and was recently re-modeled with all new furnishings, carpets, countertops and paintwork. The re-model has created a lush and contemporary space, noticeably different to the majority of similar sized properties in the area.

The living area is open-plan with a large and bright lounge area, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. The lounge is furnished with a modern over-sized sectional sofa and armchair while the dining area can seat 8 at an extendable table. The kitchen contains an electric range, microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Other utilities available at the property include washing machine and dryer.

Entered directly from the living area, the pool deck enjoys fantastic open aspects at the rear looking down towards the lake. The pool is heated (optional) and the deck area is equipped with table, umbrella, chairs and 4 loungers. The pool deck was recently extended outwards to create much more space and to allow room for the installation of our awesome 6 person above-ground spa/hot tub.

With patio doors allowing direct access to the pool deck from the living area it also makes it a great alternative dining space.

There are king and queen bedrooms, both en-suite, which both open out directly onto the south facing pool via patio doors. The two remaining twin bedrooms are at the front of the house and share a bathroom also at the front.

The two en-suites are very large and contain modern ‘walk-in’ showers. The third bathroom has a tub as well as a shower.

A Games Room hosts a full-size air hockey table and pro steel-tip dartboard.

Families with young children are well catered for with complimentary crib and high-chair provided. There is also a pool safety fence for added security. This can be easily removed if not required.

For ‘at home’ entertainment the villa is equipped with a 50” LG high-definition LED television in the living area and flat-screen TVs in each of the four bedrooms. Cable TV is available as standard as is complimentary high-speed wi-fi throughout the villa. T
