About this property

This cottage has been in the same family since 1958. Updated several times over the years it sleeps 12 and has breath taking views of Long Island Sound. Fenwick is a summer community with its own golf course, tennis courts and swimming beach, all accessible to renters through the Borough Office. Minimum two week rentals are required, multi-generational family required by Borough Ordinance. Available June, July, August, Sept. and off season.
