Great home. You can arrive by boat or car. Plenty of yard for our dog. Quiet neighborhood. Nice appliances. All new! Nice grill too! Loved it!

I was pleasantly surprised at this little island! The house had almost everything we needed. The pool was wonderful, beds were comfortable, and the house was great! I loved it was pet friendly as our dog is a member of our family. The location makes it more private so that means no crowds at the beach. It’s a wonderful place to read, do art, or just enjoy the beautiful sunshine. We stayed 2 months and the only thing to keep in mind is you need to take the car ferry to get on and off the island so be sure to get the groceries or if you have prescriptions or other things at the same time. The area nearby is great with restaurants, grocery stores, and some great walking trails nearby. After our 1st week we already booked for the next winter.

Great property. Only thing is there is only 1 full bath but the outdoor shower is great. It is very peaceful and relaxing place. Easy access to ICW

Great for a quiet getaway

We wanted a quiet getaway for spring break and Palm Island was the perfect place. This house is lovely and very well equipped. I love their pool and outdoor shower. While the house was perfect, local area restaurants leave a lot to be desired. It's a bit of a food desert. So we cooked for ourselves and had a lovely time. Thanks!
