Spacious 5-Bedroom Getaway at Smugglers’ Notch

Our 5-bedroom townhouse is perfect for family gatherings or a friends’ getaway, with plenty of space and all the comforts of home.

Inside you’ll find:

Four flat-screen Smart TVs

A fully equipped kitchen with drip coffee maker, spices, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, and large oven

Bath towels, hand and wash towels, fresh linens, plus a few pool towels for your use (guests are asked to launder as needed; no maid service during your stay)

A cozy gas fireplace for winter months and central A/C for summer

One of the largest decks in the resort, with stairs leading down to the shared grills

A king bedroom upstairs with a designated workspace, perfect for remote work

We’re just a 2-minute walk to the ski lift, or you can hop on the shuttle for convenience.

Fabulous Family Wedding Wknd

Perfect location for family wedding at The Barn at Smugglers Notch. Townhouse was clean and offered all amenities needed. Would definitely stay there again !!

Wonderful stay in prime location

2 families stayed over new years holiday. Walking distance to lifts and village (5min). Shuttle service available. Only got in car once! House is as pictured, plenty spacious for our group. Extremely clean and well stocked. Hosts were responsive and easy to work with. Had a wonderful trip, would book again.

Eclipse 2024!

Everything you need!

We shared the condo with my sister and her kids (4 adults and 4 kids under 11). The condo was well-cared for and very comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed and was centrally located to boot. The condo was at Creekside so convenient for getting to the FunZone, to the core village and to the mountains. It was such a lovely stay!

Fantastic Property

What a wonderful stay we had! We came to AZ for an extended weekend. The property was gorgeous, fully stocked with everything you may need - toiletries, cleaning supplies, towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc. The pool was warmed up before we arrived so it was ready for us the minute we arrived. The beds are big and comfy; the kids loved the bunk beds. There were plenty of toys for kids of all ages. Everything was clean and so elegant. No issues whatsoever. We hope to stay at this house on our future trips to AZ.

Perfect young family getaway

We had two families with young kids staying here for vacation. The setup was perfect. There are 3 rooms upstairs and 2 rooms downstairs with common space on the middle floor. The apartment was clean and quiet. The kids loved it and had plenty of room. The kitchen has the essentials but not much else, so consider bringing any appliances beyond the basics. Having a washer and dryer was great but the washer lid is a little tricky. Make sure it is locked with the red light or it won’t drain. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect ski house for families!

We wanted to book a property at Smugglers Notch because this mountain is geared towards families and we have 2 children (6 and 2). The mountain has lots of kid friendly activities beyond just skiing - the Fun Zone, ice skating, swimming and playground areas. And this property is close to all of it! You can walk to everything! The unit itself is clean and perfect for those that are looking for two separate floors for sleeping… we had our family upstairs on the third floor and a couple of extended family members on the first floor. I would note that there are quite a few stairs in this unit. There was one baby gate available and we brought one additional gate. That allowed us to be in the kitchen, dining and living area without worrying about our 2 year old on the stairs. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a working gas fireplace for cold VT nights. And the beds were some of the most comfortable that we have experienced in rental units. We were incredibly impressed with the communication throughout this reservation with the unit owner - always proactively reaching out with regards to any changes in the resort’s policies regarding passes. We would absolutely rent this unit again and we are so grateful for the wonderful memories that our family shared over these past few days!

Amazing home in perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it!!
