The duplex is composed of the Madonna & Sterling chalet. This listing is for the Madonna unit which has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 people and includes exclusive usage of the 6 person hot tub.

Our family acquired this unique 12-acre estate in 2013, we have been running it as a family business ever since. In the recent years, some of us have moved to Vermont to enjoy the Life-style and nature of this beautiful state and to get more involved with the business. Each family member collaborates in their area to assure a fantastic experience and constantly try to improve our guests' experience.
We all love the great outdoors, hence we jumped at the opportunity when this property came on the market. We have made immediate improvements and plan to make many more as time and finances allow. The main attribute is the prime location of the property. You will not find another estate privately owned and close enough to Smugglers' Notch in which you can put on your ski boots and walk to the resort.
