Sundeck Vacation Barbados apt 1 is located in Graeme Hall Park, Christ Church. a short walk to Maxwell main road for public transport and walk a bit further to Dover beach and St. Lawrence Gap. No pool on this property.
Apt #1 is upstairs on the left side, looking from the road. There is 1 bedroom with one king or 2 single beds. It has an airconditioner and included in the full rate. No airconditioner is included with a discounted rate and you can pay on arrival if you need airconditoning.
During winter months no airconditioner is not needed as very cool and breezy.
Fully furnished, free WiFi, TV and equipped kitchen with fans. Meshed windows and grills on windows and exterior doors for better security.

A large private outdoor terrace for # 1, is
attached to relax, watch the sunset or gaze at the star.
Washing machine at back garden with hanging lines. Hang sheets and clothing on wrong side as fades.Outdoor garden to sit and relax under the trees.
Please turn off washer to off position. Turn off water as well on water hose faucet.
No unregistered guests overnighting in apartments.
There is a garden but NO pool. You can use a hotel pool such as Dover Beach Hotel once you buy drinks at the pool bar so enquire with reception at the hotel.
Short walk to Maxwell main road to get public transport or mini vans.
Short walk to Dover beach and St. Lawrence Gap and many other beaches.
Supermarket has online shopping and deliveres in 24 hours.

My rate is very reasonable and my apartments are looked after by my assistant so I am not there to help. My assistant tried to assist you and provide all you wanted which he did.

All that Glitters, is not Gold.

Property itself is nice. But there were a few thing's with my eagle eye I noticed straigh away. False advertising (1)Was that the nice chairs in the picture on the balcony had vanished and replaced by some outdated tatty old deck chairs of disrepair, ready for the scrap heap. (2) Fixtures and fittings were of a 90s feel and oudated. Bedroom cupboards railing and hangers were very rusty, not much light in there for a female wanting to powder her face infront of the mirror. (3) Bathroom needs some serious TLC, to bring it up to date. Leaky repaired outdated shower tap. (4) Laundry room in the the yard, which is not easily accessable, due to lack of a gate. Don't expect a TV, if you're so inclined to watch one. Finally some better news!!! For dog lovers, you will meet 2 of the sweetest dog's there, ready to meet and greet you, with non stop waggy tails, on your stay. I miss them already. Due to lack of care, and attention this beautiful property lost its way. due to some poor management.
