Spacious Industrial Modern Apt 2BR 1BA Downstairs

This apartment is in a renovated 1930s 2-unit building and has the original hardwood floors, doors, hardware, transoms and the character one would expect from an antique home. We like to mix vintage and new furnishings but understand that is not everyone's personal style. The apartment is absolutely cleaned between every guest and we have had many many happy and repeat guests to this particular unit before and after Keenan's stay. We also have regular professional pest control done as it is a necessity here in the hot and humid south. Despite our best efforts, we cannot eradicate pests from existence completely but did do another professional retreatment when Keenan provided us the feedback at the end of her stay. The toilet was not broken, but running unless the handle was adjusted, and Keenan declined my offer of sending maintenance by to make the adjustment during her stay. Unfortunately, not every place is a perfect fit for each guest and Keenan's stay is a perfect example.
