Great Stay!

Great location! Close to Orange County Convention Center and other attractions and restaurants. Publix was a short walk away along with Dunkin Donuts, and other local restaurants. Gary had excellent communication prior to arrival and throughout our stay. The unit was clean, tidy and well stocked. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

We were in Orlando for a cheer trip and I needed something close to the convention center. It was a 3-4 minute drive from this condo. The condo was clean and in a great location. Beautiful and convenient property

The rental began with great communication with the manager. Very clear instructions regarding check-in and amenities. Pictures accurately reflect beautiful interior. Condo was very clean. You can’t beat the convenient location. There’s a Publix and restaurants within walking distance. The Convention Center is less than a 5 minute drive, so is Sea World. We will definitely book it again when we’re in Orlando.

Beautiful condo

Our condo was very pretty. I liked that the kitchen was well stocked and that they provided you things to start your stay with. Host Gary left a welcoming note along with sending an email to welcome you. We had one minor problem with the lock disengaging and within 5 minutes of emailing Gary he called and helped with the problem. I would highly recomend this condo.

Excellent Vacation Accommodations

We couldn't have asked for better accommodations or a more convenient location during our stay. This vacation property was not only affordable and spotless, but it was also centrally situated near all the activities we wanted to enjoy. Our host, Gary, consistently checked in on us and provided us with clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We were within walking distance of a pharmacy, barber shop, various restaurants, a gift shop, a grocery store, and much more. Our travel time to the Universal and Disney parks never took more than a 20-minute drive. The property met the needs of our large group perfectly, offering ample space to relax. The pool, located just across the parking lot, was well-maintained. We even enjoyed views of the evening fireworks from Epic Universe. This has been one of our favorite vacation homes in Orlando, and we highly recommend it!

Condo was good. Gary was great. Pool was poor. For being “luxury” I was highly disappointed in the pools. Nothing great at all. Between Disney days my family and I like to hang at the pool; kinda ruined the stay. If you don’t like pools, definitely stay here. If you do, I’d choose another option. If I could transplant Gary to another place, I’d use him over and over again. He’s what every property manager should be… and then some!

In thousands of stays, we have never had a single person complain about the pools in fact the complete opposite they have got rave reviews (see our other reviews). You had mentioned there was a family reunion having a BBQ close to the pool area and I am sorry this did not meld with you. The pools are stunning and in addition, there is more than one, If you had let me know at the time I would have told you to go to the other pool (which is also located on the signs around the resort). Fantastic!

This was my first VRBO experience. Gary was wonderful in his communication and very patient with me as I was having some email difficulties. He was always available for questions and was very attentive. Our check-in was seamless, which was great after a very long car ride. We entered the condo and the first thing I noticed was how clean the property was, smelled clean and was very tidy. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!!

We are professional property managers based at Vista Cay. We are former hotel general managers and originally got our degrees at the hotel school at Cornell University. Our three key staff collectively have over 70 years of hospitality experience which we will put to use for you.

You can walk to the grocery store, not to mention Universal, is just 7 minutes by car, SeaWorld approx. 4 minutes, Disney 12 minutes, and the convention center is next door. There is also golf across the street at Shingle creek. Vista Cay is a full resort setting, a gated community and when you book with us all amenities are free with no resort fees.
