Other than the slight snafu with getting the check-in code, delaying us checking in, everything was fantastic. The villa is incredibly clean, the complex amenities are fantastic for kids, and you can’t beat the location for going to epic universe. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, not a ton of kitchen supplies, but enough to get by- there are also tons of restaurants very very close. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Thank you for your review! We’re glad you enjoyed the villa, the cleanliness, the resort amenities, and our location near Epic Universe. We’re sorry there was some confusion at check-in. Our check-in instructions and door access code are automatically sent through the VRBO app three days before arrival and remain available in the reservation details throughout your stay. Once located, check-in is quick and completely self-service. Regarding the kitchen, we provide the essential cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances needed to prepare meals during your stay. While it isn’t equipped like a full-time residence, it includes everything needed for a comfortable vacation. Thank you again for your feedback. We’re delighted to hear you would stay with us again, and we look forward to hosting you on your next visit!

Awesome stay

My family stayed at this property to attend an event at the OCCC. Perfect location to walk over. Property seemed more spacious than advertised-bigger than 2 other properties we stayed at Vista Cay in the past. Plenty of extra towels for pool/beach, large kitchen with 2 types of coffee makers, plenty of sleeping space and loved the 3 1/2 bathrooms for everyone to shower/get ready. Did not see door code in app or email, but host responded with it pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend this space for families and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for sharing your space with my family!
