This cabin was great for our family of 9 getaway. There was 2 bears that visited during our stay. The fire pit was great for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores!
This cabin was easy to get to and very homey. We loved the rooms and the wrap around porch. Loved that it was at the door of the mountains with easy access to Pigeon Forge and Smokey Mountains National Park.
It was very clean, plenty of space for all, quiet, had everything we needed for our stay! The check-in process was easy and the Woman was very helpful there. Would definitely stay here again.
Loved the set up of the house and the location couldn't have been more convenient for what we wanted to do. My husband and I were more into the GSMNP itself and the teenagers were into more "commercial" enterprises. Very easy to do both in this Wears Valley location. Volunteer Cabins (property managers) were very easy to work with and responsive to our questions after arrival. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely property with us.
Check in with Volunteer Cabins was a breeze. Overall weekend stay was wonderful. Plenty of room for all of us. Peaceful and quiet area. Only hiccup we had was finding which door the key worked to as there are multiple ones. We wished it would have also worked to enter from the bottom floor through the game room area when was raining, but they only work for the one main front door on the upper porch area.
It was a very cabin.
2 stories made it accessible for daughter and family to come and go easier w- toddlers!
Nice and big open concept living n kitchen.
Everything was great. Our grandsons fav was the heart shape pool( it was the jacuzzi, lol)
And the wrap around porch that they loved to run around!
Highly recommend!💙💙
Accommodations were absolutely fantastic. Couldn't have asked for more. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Will definitely come back again!!
Boundary Haven is in a beautiful location. We had a great time. Loved the peace and quiet. And the view was outstanding. It's close enough to the fun stuff. And the National Park is right out the back door.
cabin was clean and well stocked with every thing we needed for our stay. when I asked about the road to cabin I was told it was all asphalt and there was a stretch that was gravel but we had no problems getting in and out on our motorcycles. we all really enjoyed the cabin.

Great place but not clean.
The cabin was so cozy and felt like home. We'd never been to the mountains so it was a great experience!! The only thing that was not so great was cleanliness. It didn't look like the floors had been mopped and the dining table was dirty. And the comforters and pillow cases didn't seem to be clean. The only disappointing thing was that we had to clean when we got there. But overall it was pretty nice. If I had to suggest anything it would be that the cleaning services done a better job.
