While staying at this recently updated, four-bedroom colonial, you'll be within walking distance of both the Bass River and Long Pond. From the gleaming wide pine floors inside to the large, grassy yard out back, you and your guests are sure to feel right at home here. Prepare quick snacks or full-course dinners in the open country kitchen and then dine at the table with seating for up to six guests. The cozy living area invites you in with plush furniture, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a desk and chair for remote work or schooling. And for sleeping arrangements, this home offers a main bedroom with a king-size bed, two queen-size rooms, and a fourth kid-friendly room with side-by-side twins and an additional desk. Please note there are 2 separate half baths in the home.

WHAT’S NEARBY
For fun days in the water, visit Wings Grove Beach on Long Pond, less than a half-mile from your door. Bring your clubs and experience the pristine greens at Bass River Golf Course, just a mile northeast. And don't miss the Whydah Pirate Museum, home of the world's largest collection of pirate artifacts recovered from a single shipwreck, two miles southwest. When it's time to grab a bite to eat, you'll find several excellent restaurants along MA-28, most of which offer takeout. And for exciting day trips, consider a 42-mile drive up to historic Provincetown located at the northern tip of Cape Cod.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
