Pleasant stay
The hospitable apartment with a garden in front made for an enjoyable stay. Shopping and other amenities are close by and handy. Owners took good care of us and the place was very well equipped. Quiet and private, yet close to Boulder and Denver. Fair price and excellent value for the money.

Loving Denver and Boulder CO.
The property was exceptional and true to its description. Proximity to everything, Avalanche games, excellent dining and golf. Yes 13 rounds of golf in February and March. Our hosts were available and friendly.We were welcomed with cookies, chocolate and wine, and needless to say, we truly felt at home.

Great home away from home.
-3 month stay
-Owners did a wonderful job of creating a space that felt like my own. From the gated side entrance to the backyard and front door of rental, the area was very private.
-The backyard-covered patio area was a great place to have dinner, study, enjoy the outdoors.
-Inside the place is very open, clean and the decor just right (not too much, but enough to feel like a home vs rental).
-The trails around the neighborhood are so convenient so take advantage of them. It was important for me to have a place that felt safe to stroll on bike/jog and this was perfect.
