A nice house in a great location Kitchen is wonderful. Has a nice backyard Space. And jacuzzi Great communication with owner and loved being able to bring furry loved ones Master shower was nice Disappointments: Master closet is shared for storage / extra furniture etc… and it’s hard to get in and out without tripping over lots of things also there is absolutely no drawer space for your clothes so a dresser would be helpful for underwear pajamas shorts etc Lastly -The floors are very uneven in master bedroom, so it’s easy to trip over your own feet because the floor boards are not level and dips in spots and creeks every time you walk Overall -good location a nice well kept home and great communication with owner

Great house, great location

My partner and I spent Thanksgiving weekend in Nashville and this spot was perfect. Close to all the places we wanted to go, very clean and spacious, and the host was great. Highly recommend (would be great for larger group too.)

This is an awesome property in East Nashville! Clean, updated and close to downtown. Easy check in and the property owner was prompt with the couple of questions we had. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Great start to first US trip

A great location, fantastic property. Really easy check in process and great communication from Alex, gave us a detailed list of everything we could need in the house. Very local to Broadway with wide variety of bars and honky tonks Hot tub and cornhole was a lovely addition, unfortunately only got to use it on the last night due to the weather. Would throughly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Nashville.

What a delightfully decorated house - the murals on the walls were so fun! The house was clean and comfortable and conveniently located just outside of downtown Nashville. Alex was responsive and helpful.
