Amazing stay! The home is beautiful and comfortable, great quality amenities throughout. Perfectly situated between downtown and the entrance to the national park. We would come back and stay at this property in a heartbeat. Information regarding the check-in and check out process was easy and all the information we needed regarding the use of the home was provided on a timely basis. Highly recommend!
Beautiful home, excellent location, as advertised. Would definitely stay here again, we are v frequent visitors to RMNP and have favorited this property as one to stay again.
We stayed for a week long winter vacation. The cabin was clean & comfortable. The location is amazing with the Rocky Mountain National Park just a mile away!
Arrowhead West was the perfect place for our reunion of 3 siblings and spouses in our 70's from 3 different states. The house was clean, comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. We were even allowed to use the garage. It was exactly as described. It is very close to the Fall River entrance to park where we enjoyed hiking and exploring the amazing Rockies.
The property is beautiful!! Could not have asked for a better place to stay. The home is very well maintained and so comfortable. Would highly recommend!
We had a lovely parent’s weekend away. The house was clean, orderly, and just as advertised. We loved the location, the amenities (hot tub, grill, outdoor eating spaces, nearby walking trails.) Thanks for a great stay!
We had a very good time staying at this home. The property is awesome! Very spacious, accommodated 5 adults very easily. We enjoyed all of the amenities. Very quiet and serene location,
The property was nicer than the pictures. The house is 1 mile away from the National Park entrance. Everything was perfect we completely enjoyed our time there.
My daughter got married in Estes Park over the holiday weekend and this property was perfect for our needs. Beautiful and spacious home and we loved seeing elk in the yard every morning.
The property is in a great location close to RMNP. Highly recommend if you are looking to get an early start on hikes and outdoor adventures. The house is in great condition, good layout and stocked with helpful basics for a family vacation! The property managers were very responsive and helpful! Only suggestion is to upgrade the mattresses as others have noted.
We loved being one mile from the Rockies entrance. Beautiful home and perfect layout for our family of five. It was so easy to explore both Estes Park and the National Park. We saw moose, elk, marmots, and mule deer on our visit. The house was fully stocked, and we would highly recommend. Thanks again for the peaceful stay!
We had a blast. The property is convenient and clean. Sitting in the hot tub while elk graze 30yds away is a memory that we won’t forget. The owners have gone above and beyond to make this house a must stay location. Will be back!
The house was great. Location was perfect, only a short walk to the RMNP. Saw elk and turkey on the back porch. The kitchen was stocked and this allowed us to cook meals. The only complaint is the 2 guest beds were full size and not queen as advertised.

We are glad you enjoyed the property. However, the second and third bedrooms do have queen-sized beds, they are 60 inches across. Thank you for staying!
We were attending a wedding and stayed 5 nights and the property was very clean. There were many kitchen and toiletries, and board games that not all similar properties provide. The house is very close to Rocky Mountain National Park and about a 10 minute drive to town. Close access to may trails and route. A comfortable bed and a warm blanket await.

House was nice and close to RMNP.
The house was very nice and very well stocked for cooking in. The bedrooms were nice but could use a dresser in the upstairs bedrooms. Pictures online need to be updated regarding the outside as it appears somewhat secluded but really isn’t. A lot of new houses and it’s just another neighborhood. Nice but not return worthy.

We are sorry the property did not meet your expectations regarding the neighborhood. We strive to represent our properties accurately, which is why there is no mention of seclusion in the description. Thank you for staying with us!
This home was perfect for my husband and I. I have stayed in numerous rental homes and this was the BEST (for numerous reason) The main reason - I didn't have to buy small items such as dish soap, trash bags, salt/pepper, etc. I always waste so much money buying those items at the store and then only use a small amount and the rest get trashed. We also loved the hot tub - so nice to it in it each night after hiking and traveling all day. Thank you for such a great experience!
Overall, this place is great, in a good location, with a property management company that was easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again for sure!
The house itself is new and in pristine condition. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook. The mudroom and laundry were super convenient. The layout worked well for our family of four with the kids having rooms upstairs and the master on the main floor.
The location is a less than 10 minute drive to town and about 35 minutes to the Bear Lake Trailhead. There weren't any restaurants to walk to that we could tell, but the drive into town was not an issue at all.
Property and location was overall was very good. The cabin was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen was nicely appointed. We were given plenty of towels, paper towels, trash bags, soap, etc. We did not have to purchase any additional. Check in and check out was super easy and there was not a litany of "to do's" before leaving the cabin.
Three negatives: mattress in upstairs room, closest to the upstairs bathroom, was by far the worst mattress I have ever tried to sleep on. It was so lumpy and if you did not stay on the edge you rolled into the center of the bed. It was AWFUL. And although the bottom sheet was clean, it was badly stained, which was gross. We ended up moving to the other upstairs bedroom. The shower curtain upstairs needed to be changed out. It had orange and black mold on it. Everything else about the cabin was great. Perfect location to downtown and to the park.
The issues we encountered could easily be corrected. New mattress, new sheets, new shower curtain and it would be close to perfect for a place to stay in the Estes Park area.
