We had a very pleasant stay at the house ‘Lord of Sainte Maxine’. The house has a great sea view, is very family friendly and the hosts are great!

Perfect Stay - Nice Host

The stay in general was perfect. We have been there for a week with 2 families of 2 adults and 2 kids each family, overall 8 people. The house fits perfect to this group size. In particular we liked very much the seaview which was amazing. The house and the garden including the barbecue area were in really good shape! In the kitchen nothing was missing. It was very quiet but close to the sea and the village. Especially Eric (host) was really responsive and answered within minutes to our questions and tried everything to provide a perfect stay for us. Thanks a lot!

The property was absolutely lovely. It suited our family of 7 quite well. The view was beautiful and the pool was a delight, kept very clean and comfortable with umbrellas and chairs to relax on. Our visit was during a very hot spell and there wasn't air conditioning, but the owner immediately supplied us with fans that made our stay perfectly enjoyable in every way. I highly recommend this property...it was a little too far for us to walk to town in the heat and up high...the only drawback for us. The owner was in touch with us in a very timely manner.

Sommer am Merr

Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Von der Straße D8 hört man kaum etwas. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es fehlt an nichts (Filterkaffeemaschine war bei Ankunft nicht vorhanden, wurde aber sofort gekauft und gebracht). Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren top. Der große Grill und die Sitzgelegenheiten dabei sind sehr angenehm. Kleines Manko sind die Sonnenschirme auf Terasse, die ein bisschen wackelig sind und gerade morgens zum Frühstück nicht für alle ausreichend Schatten bieten. Ansonsten war auch der Service super und reagierte schnell; fleckige Handtücher wurden kurzfristig durch neue ausgetauscht, ebenso ein Sonnenschirm, der kaputt gegangen war.Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft zu einem vergleichsweise akzeptablen Preis.

What a view!

Sowohl Haus als auch Lage waren wirklich ausgezeichnet. Wir haben mit unseren Freunden Stunden auf der Terrasse verbracht, um die Aussicht zu genießen oder am Abend die Perseiden-Schauer zu sehen. Und nicht nur die Kids (Teens) haben den Pool in vollen Zügen genossen. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer oder seiner Concierge war hervorragend und die Gegend läd zu Ausflügen ein (wenn es nicht grad 35 Grad sind :-)). Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Mooie comfortabele villa met prachtig uitzicht

We hebben genoten van het uitzicht, mooi terras en heerlijk zwembad. De bedden waren goed en fijn dat er 4 slaapkamers zijn en 3 badkamers. Binnen en buiten keuken goed uitgerust. Locatie is goed bereikbaar met de auto en in 5 min ben je bij het strand en de Spar . Zeer aan te bevelen.

Einfach schön!

Es ist ein tolles Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten in angenehmer Atmosphäre um den Urlaub richtig zu genießen. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Aufenthalt hätte gerne noch ein paar Tage länger dauern können.

Perfect!

We were 3 families staying in this lovely house in Les Issambres and there was plenty of space for us all. The view from the terrace to the sea is amazing and there is also a lovely separate seating area where we had barbecues on the gas bbq and also a great pool area. The house is well equipped and the beds are extremely comfortable! There was also plenty of hot water for our showers which we haven’t always had in previous villas. The house is a 5 minute drive from Les Issambres with its many restaurants and beautiful beaches. Eric and Sandra were very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house. We hope to return!

Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

This villa was just perfect for a family holiday with my husband and our teenage son staying in the main house and my older daughter and her fiancé staying in the downstairs apartment. We all loved the property it was meticulously clean throughout and well stocked with all the things you need for self catering holiday. Plenty or towels were provided including beach towels. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and bedrooms all Air conditioned. The pool was a must given the 34 degree heat. It was clean and a pool man came regularly to keep it so. There were plenty of loungers for us all to use to relax on the poolside. The location was fantastic with panaramic Sea views yet peaceful and quiet. We served breakfast on the patio overlooking the sea each morning and I felt I never wanted to leave. But when we did It was just a short drive to Les Issambres with its lovely restaurants, shops and beach bars. We had the best family holiday and can’t wait to return. Thank you to Eric for being a perfect host who was quick to reply to any questions I had even before we booked! I highly recommend this villa.
