The house is not clean! Owner states she has a cleaning service, but house had all sorts of bugs, dust and dirt in the bathroom corners and bedrooms. One bed quilt looked like it had dried blood on it. House was HOT!! We had to buy fans to cool down. When we left for the day, we left the air conditioner on, but when we returned it was off!?? There were no paper towels or trash bags provided and when I texted the owner with complaints, she didn’t text back. The cupboards are a mess!!! The house has 4 broken coffee makers and NO griddle? We stayed somewhere else last year and it was amazing, this house, not so much:(

We are sorry the home was not satisfactory for your visit. Unfortunately Ostego is a bug country. If window and door are open they will come in. That week was are hottest week of the season and 120 outside is hard to cool down a large home. Once a rental has started no one enters the home. The owner never received texts or calls during the state and when she asked at the day you left nothing was said. We work hard at making families comfortable, cost down. Starter paper products are left for the beginning of your stay only and the coffee pot on the counter was working after your stay. A nice message was left in the guest book that they enjoyed the stay and we thank them for that.
