Located in Sunriver Resort's newest community Caldera Springs, 56820 Dancing Rock is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 3,600 sq. ft. home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, making it enjoyable for up to 10 guests.

Inside this luxurious home, you will find a spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, timber trusses and a beautiful stone wall. Additional features of this home include:

• A spacious gourmet kitchen with a large island, granite counter tops, stainless steel Viking appliances, two ovens and a bar area featuring wine refrigerator and ice machine
• Stunning golf course views with a back patio featuring a firepit, furniture, barbecue plus a Traeger grill and mini-fridge
• Dining room table that accommodates 8-10 people with additional seating at kitchen bar
• Living room with ample seating, TV and beautiful fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• Master bedroom located downstairs featuring king bed, TV, walk-in closet and lavish attached bathroom
• Additional downstairs bedroom with a full size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom
• Two upstairs bedrooms featuring a TV, each with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms
• Bonus TV room with lots of comfortable seating, a large flat screen, wet bar and beverage refrigerator with a built in pyramid bunk bed
• Security camera at entrance. Audio recording is deactivated. Camera will take short video clips.
• Two car garage with up to four cars able to park in driveway

Amazing House - Poor property manager communication

Everything was great except for the day we checked in. We were told we could have an early check-in and when we arrived the house hadn't been cleaned. We were not able to check into the house until 6pm upon our day of arrival. I called and left a message with the property manager and never heard back. Overall, Caldera is a special place but the service and interaction with the property manager was subpar at best.

We are so sorry to hear you were told you could check in early and this was not accommodated. Our standard check in window begins at 4pm, but is not guaranteed until 6pm per our reservation policies. Our goal is to always have properties ready for arrival by 4pm, but during the summer months, this can be difficult to accomplish due to increased occupancy. We will make sure all of our associates are aware of this so they can communicate appropriately to inquiring guests. I hope the late check out we extended made your departure experience smoother. We hope to see you back in Caldera Springs soon.

Nice house. missing a few things.

Home was great. No communication from the resort when I sent requests. The house keep tripping breakers the whole time.Not enough items for use in the kitchen. Heating is confusing, there are multiple thermostats but they don't work very well. No instructions for lighting fire pit or using bbq's.

Sunriver retreat

This house was just perfect! Clean and very well furnished. The bunk room was prefect for the kids with their own living room. Will definitely stay in this house again.

Everything was great. Only problem was getting in. Had to enter into the garage, which was locked, to gain access to keypad entry (only negative). Beautiful home.

Family getaway

My family and I loved this property and neighborhood, we hope to book again! The house was clean and comfortable. Caldera Springs is a favorite getaway for our family as we enjoy all the bike trails and peaceful paddle boarding on Obsidian Lake.

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed this space. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and have a fun and relaxing get away as a family. They even left sleds and shovels for the kids to play in the snow. We look forward to coming back to this community in the summer time.
