Avec un GPS pas de problème: accueil inexistant. Avec la complaisance d'une sympathique voisine nous sommes arrivés à bon port.Pour un futur séjour dans la région je verrai d'autres loueurs.

Appartement vu sur mer

Très bel appartement vu sur mer dans une résidence très calme. Situé près du centre ville et à quelque mètre du navibus pour aller à St Malo. Très bien équipé et spacieux Avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos ptis enfants

Très bien situé (proche promenade et centre ville)

Notre jour d arrivée correspondant au WE grande braderie, impossible de se garer sur le parking pendant 2 jours ou de décharger la voiture....aurions aimé être prévenu Four qui chauffait très mal, salle de bain vétuste, le reste de l appartement était très bien

Globalement très bien; Points à améliorer : la cuisine et surtout la salle de bains mériteraient une rénovation complète pour approcher les standards contemporains; elles datent manifestement des années 70/80 et dévaluent le confort du séjour. Ex parmi d'autres : vieille baignoire, et non douche, robinetteries, etc....

Situation agréable avec vue mer . Promenade bord de mer , plage , commerces à proximité . Accessible à pied depuis l’appartement . Beau balcon . Canapé et fauteuil très défraîchis et avec une assise très basse . Difficile de se relever ! Peinture défraîchie .

Mitigé, mais bon séjour à Dinard

L'appartement est très bien situé (mer et commerces à proximité) et dispose d'une belle vue sur mer. Il est bien agencé, une partie nuit et une partie séjour distincte avec un beau balcon. Parking appréciable. Cependant, il aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement (la moquette de la chambre parentale est tâchée ainsi que les tapisseries de l'appart). Les oreillers sont à changer. L'aspirateur dégage une mauvaise odeur. Dans les parties communes (entrée et ascenseur), il y a une odeur de renfermé.

Nous vous remercions de votre évaluation. L’aspirateur a été vérifié et l’odeur provenait du sac qui n'a pas été changé ; celui-ci a été remplacé. A la fin de la haute saison, tous les oreillers seront vérifiés et remplacés, et le tapis sera nettoyé en profondeur.

Appartement confortable et très bien placé proche des commerces de DINARD et du bord de mer. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes, 2 adultes et 2 enfants.
