Tolle Anlage, schöne Unterkunft.Nur das Kinderzimmer ist für drei Kinder deitlich zu klein, da sich mit dem dritten Bett nicht einmal die Zimmertür schließen lässt. Die Klimaanlage ist viel zu schwach oder funktioniert nicht richtig.Aber die Nähe zu Strand und der tolle Pool überwiegen bei den Vorteilen.

Tolle Wohnung in einer schönen Anlage

Die Wohnung ist groß und hat eine sehr schöne und große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und hat einen schönen Pool. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in La Pinede.

Bel appartement bien situé, fonctionnel avec une grande terrasse où nous avons profité d’une très belle vue y compris sur la mer. Un accès direct à la plage avec paillote pour profiter de la fin de journée en admirant le paysage. Très belles vacances et un grand merci pour l’accueil à l’arrivée et la simplicité pour organiser le départ.

Logement idéalement situé avec parking, bien agencé, calme, très propre, super bien équipé avec une grande terrasse. La piscine chauffée est à 2 min à pieds, la plage à 5min environ. Stéphane est très sympathique et réactif. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Schöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und vor Ort war hervorragend . Die Wohnung entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen nach dem Inserat. Ein kleines Minus war,dass die Terrasse noch voller alter Blätter war und die Tische noch schmutzig. Und der Zugang zum Strand außerhalb des Geländes nicht sehr schön. Aber mit der Wohnung selbst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Paradies mit Meerblick

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal in der Domaine de la Pinède. Es ist die größte und schönste Wohnung, die wir bis jetzt gebucht hatten. Alles ist neu und modern renoviert, Herd, Backofen, Spül-, Espressomaschine usw. alles vorhanden und sauber. Das Platzangebot für 3 Leute war fast riesig, ein Schlafzimmer war nur mit den Koffern belegt. Der Blick morgens, wenn sich der Rolladen hob war fantastisch. Nachher beim Frühstück konnte man von der großen Terrasse aus die ersten Schwimmer am Pramousquier-Strand beobachten und sich anschließend dort schön sonnen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub, wir hatten allerdings aber auch Glück mit dem Wetter in der zweiten Oktoberhälfte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Btw: Es sind 2 nebeneinanderliegende Ferienwohnungen, die von Stéphane angeboten werden. Diese können einzeln gebucht werden aber auch zusammen. Dann kann eine Zwischentür geöffnet werden und alle Gäste können dann gemeinsam auf der großen Terrasse frühstücken usw.

Plage sublime

Apparemment fonctionnel et pratique grande terrasse avec très belle vue. La plage est magnifique et nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine chauffée. Petit bémol la propreté du sol (on a un bébé qui fait du 4 pattes on est donc un peu exigeant) pour le lit bébé je recommande egalement de prendre un matelas pour plus de confort. L'endroit est idéal pour passer de belles vacances en famille.

Großzügiges Appartement mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der sehr gepflegten, renovierten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Dachterrasse (mit Beschattung) ist ein Traum, genau wie die gute Lage. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der kleinen Bucht, die in der Vorsaison noch nicht überlaufen war. Ein Mietwagen ist ratsam, da in der näheren Umgebung fußläufig nur ein hochpreisiger „Tante-Emma-Laden“ ist. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Location pour la deuxième fois dans cet appartement. La semaine s'est très bien passée . tout est bien aménagé. La piscine chauffée est vraiment un plus. La grande terrasse est super pour profiter du soleil . La dame qui s'occupe de donner les clés et du ménage et le propriétaire sont très sympathiques et arrangements.

Great apartment in complex with heated pool & beach nearby, fantastic terrace!

We rented this property last May for one week as 4-person family with 2 children age 6 & 4. The apartment is modern, well decorated and enough space for us all to live comfortably. One of the highlights that wasn't over-sold in the spec is the enormous terrace with views over the hillside and beach - it pretty much doubled the size of the apartment and we spent all the time we had at the apartment on the terrace. It has good outdoor furniture and an extendable awning to provide sufficient shade. The apartment is situated within a complex containing heated pool, games area and within walking distance to a great beach so we enjoyed a mixture of all facilities. A car is needed here as the apartment is 5 mins drive from le Lavandou centre along a busy main road, not suitable for walking. We enjoyed a mixture of eating out at the fantastic Lavandou restaurants and also eating in. The kitchen is well equipped for this purpose. The owner Stephane is very helpful and communicative. Overall, we enjoyed a fantastic stay at this apartment and will be returning!

L'appartement est très agréable, bien équipé, avec une grande terrasse qui offre une belle vue sur la mer. Accès direct à la plage. La baignade dans la piscine à débordement est un vrai plaisir. L'hôtesse qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique. Dommage que notre séjour n'ait pas duré plus longtemps !

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'appartement est d'un très grand standing. Nous étions 7 personnes et on ne se marchait pas dessus, très grand espace de vie avec une cuisine bien équipée. Les chambres sont très grandes avec une bonne literie, les deux salles de bain sont très spacieuses. Nous avons aussi profité de la grande terrasse et des transats devant une vue magnifique sur la mer. Le domaine est très agréable calme et bien arboré avec une grande piscine chauffée. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Exceptionnel !

Localisation sans pareil. Vue mer incroyable. Appartement vraiment tout confort, bien aménagé, spacieux et fonctionnel. Grande terrasse qui permet de profiter de la beauté du lieu. Tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances, à deux pas de la plage et de la piscine.
