No glass of any kind on patio or pool area. There will be a non-refundable $500 fee added for any broken glass outside, on patio, or in pool area.
No smoking indoors, outdoors, or anywhere on the property. There will be a non-refundable $500 cleaning fee if any evidence of smoking is found.
Lost key or garage door opener will incur a $50 replacement fee.
