About this property

Presqu'île de Giens, New studio "La Redonne

Our 22 m2 studio "La Redonne" in the port of La Madrague is ideally located between the sea and the hill to allow you to enjoy all the activities offered on our magnificent Peninsula: beaches, hiking, coves, boat and kayak rentals, diving club, restaurants, all just a few metres away.
Ideal for 2 people, this new air-conditioned studio and its small outdoor area offer you all the comfort you need for a good holiday.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
New studio composed of a living space with a fully equipped open kitchen, a 140 cm wide convertible sofa bed with a 14 cm mattress, a bathroom with a shower, a cabinet with sink and a toilet.
Wifi, television, dishwasher.
The dedicated outdoor dining area is separate but it serves the shared washing machine room.

"La Redonne" is located in a family house "La Madeleine". It is divided into 2 studios, a T2 and our house.
It is therefore important to respect other residents.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties are forbidden as well as additional travellers.
Non-smoking accommodation, please smoke outside.
A camera is located outside.

The house is located in the heart of the roadside harbour of La Madrague.

Our working hours are very variable so we are not always on site but we have everything in place so that you can arrive and return to your accommodation independently (digicode at the gate and key box).
Of course, we remain at your disposal if you need them.

trés bon séjour

Gérants aux petits soins, séjour agréable. Le seul bémol c'est qu'on était à pied et tout devient loin. Je ne le recommande pas à des personnes non véhiculées au moins en vélo.
