Peconic Bay idyllic waterfront for perfect relaxation
A main 2-story landmark house with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, plus a cottage with a bath at the top of the Bay with a 20x40 swimming pool and outdoors shower between the two structures and 5 decks/patios with different orientations for enjoying the water- and the tree-surroundings at every hour of the day and night. Quite, scenic, just relaxing, its own beach and near the best wineries and farms of the North Fork.
