Spend your summer entertaining and enjoying nature in this nearly one acre, beautifully landscaped three bed, two bath home with private heated pool and outdoor shower. The fenced-in backyard has a large patio with a great dining table and an outdoor living room and grill and the pool area is fully enclosed, allowing for that extra peace of mind.

The indoor living room offers plenty of seating for movie night or entertaining, adjacent to a large open eat-in kitchen with skylight and glass sliding doors opening out to the back patio. Relax next to the wood burning fireplace in the den with skylight, high ceilings, and glass sliding doors looking out to the back yard and pool area. The first-floor master has an en suite bath, while both guest (one queen size and one with two twin beds) bedrooms share the nearby guest bath. At the end of a long tree-lined driveway, this private property offers plenty of space for your cars, paddle boards, kayaks, and toys.

This property is conveniently located only about a mile to Pellegrino’s restaurant, North Sea Farm, Peconic Marina, and beautiful bay beaches with stunning sunsets; ~1.5 miles to Porco's Country Deli; ~three miles to SYS for children day camp, soccer, tennis, flag football, all types of sporting activities, and gym for the whole family; and only short driving distances to Southampton village, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, and Water Mill villages and ocean beaches.

Great get away!

The house is a great experience. Secluded but yet close to everything. The pool & house are in a awesome setting. If you enjoy a mid century cool vibe, we believe they nailed it!

Wonderful time in the Hamptons!

We loved our two week stay at Barney and Charlie’s beautiful bungalow between Southampton and Bridgehampton! The house was very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful backyard and great pool. I was particularly grateful to find a great spot to bring my dog, with fully-fenced backyard. The owners were lovely and incredibly responsive, answering texts quickly and going out of their way to make our stay easy and comfortable. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great city get-away!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home as we fell in love with the very private property and being surrounded by nature. We especially love the location -- very close to beautiful bay beaches (boating, beach BBQs, kayaking) with stunning sunsets; it's very easy to get to many villages --Southampton village, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, and Water Mill villages and ocean beaches; and it's only about a mile to Pellegrino’s restaurant, The Coast Grill, North Sea Farm, Peconic Marina, and~1.5 miles to Porco's Country Deli; ~three miles to SYS for children day camp, soccer, tennis, flag football, all types of sporting activities, and gym for the whole family!
