This home is perfectly located in the quiet Calabay Parc community on a large corner lot offering privacy to you and your guests. The house in the great area to reach the fun-filled destinations that Central Florida has to offer while at the same time all the comforts of a spacious vacation home, you won’t want to leave! The home is equipped with a large pool deck and spa which can be heated during the winter months on request for a extra fee

Space is very functional and pool/ spa combo is awesome. We really enjoyed hanging out outside. Good amount of room for sitting/ lounging. The open floor plan is nice for being together as a group. Lots of space, more than is pictured!Could use some updates and some dusting/cleaning. Otherwise great!Our host was 10/10 in communicating and accommodating!

Great Family Vacation!!!

This property was amazing. My family really enjoyed our stay. The location and checkin was great!! We were in close proximity of everything, just beware of traffic on weekends.. Had a little issues with the pool/hot tub. We were fine with the pool not being heated but wasn’t expecting to pay extra to have the hot tub heated. The first day the pool was cloudy and had an odd smell, but the pool guy came without us having to say anything and got it cleared up after coming 3 times. But only issue was he came early in the mornings and we were woke up multiple times by him, as the master room was right next to the pool. And another morning we were woken up for an appliance delivery. Was just a little annoying being on vacation and wanting to sleep in. Over all good stay thou.

Wonderful vacation

We had a great time at the property. My little ones enjoyed the pool. We did have to make small adjustments with the mesh perimeter around the pool and the stairs to make it safer for my toddler niece. Overall great stay. Many amenities, retail stores and restaurants close by.

Christmas vacation

The house was just what we needed. Nice and clean, good neighborhood with nice neighbors, I went for a walk every morning and everyone was so friendly. The kids enjoyed having the pool as an option. The house was just what we needed.

Our mini getaway in Orlando

Overall our stay was enjoyable, the property manager was responsive to our needs. I would suggest however, that more attention be given to the entrance area; perhaps consider spraying it down with water to remove the debris that is there. We enjoyed the pool and the billiard table. I would recommend this property to others.
