Well situated ground floor recently updated 2 bd 1 bath condo on St. Pete Beach that sleeps 6. We welcome weekly or monthly rentals to this unit. Enjoy the pool right outside the front door and walk out to the beautiful white sand beach. Restaurants, bars and shopping close by, some within walking distance. Friendly Native #301 with a full kitchen includes full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher and a small selection of pantry items A living room with a window out to the pool, a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two double beds and a bathroom with a combo tub shower. Linens and beach towels are supplied. And for your enjoyment beach chairs and an umbrella for relaxing on the beach and pool noodles for the pool are also included. Additionally there is a charcoal grill and picnic area out the back door. For those that will have a car, we will supply you with a parking pass.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great family getaway

Our family had a wonderful time on St Pete Beach, and this condo was very comfortable and served us well. You don't get a direct view of the gulf, but you're just steps from the beach and essentially within walking distance of any other amenities you might want. We loved this beach because it's not overly crowded, it's family-friendly, it has a small town vibe, and the condo pool was a great feature for nighttime swimming for the kids. The condo was just as the owners describe, and we'll definitely be coming back to this great town.

If you are staying in St. Petes and want to be close to the beach and have a pool, your search is over….you have to book this wonderful place! Our hosts were amazing, and communication was excellent. Anything that you could have wanted or needed was readily available. Pool area was fantastic. The kids loved everything about this place, pool toys, water guns, games…everything! Lots of towels. Beds super comfy. Thanks again. Would definitely stay again, hopefully soon!

Perfect location

Comfortable. Lots of convenient pantry & bathroom items. Best thing was the perfect location to the beach. Pool area was nice. Check in process was delayed. We did not receive the code and directions @ check in time, had to ask for it, then the lock was a little tricky. Once we got that figured out, it was great. Joe communicated with us & reassured us about our concerns about the hurricane hitting on the Atlantic side of FL. There were games & puzzles to occupy us on our rain day.

Awesome!

Our family had an amazing time. The short walk to the beach allowed us to really soak up the beauty. The pool and pool area was clean, and the kids enjoyed swimming during down time. The condo is on the first floor so it was just a step out the door to the pool. The long term renters were very friendly and helpful. Ice cream shops, shopping, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The condo included a few beach and pool items as well as all the linens we needed for the week. The host was quick to answer all of my questions. If you are looking for an easy, family friendly place, this is it!

Very cute 2 bedroom with everything you need. Very easy process. Loved the pool & beach. We didn’t rent a car and walked to all of the restaurants and stores :)

Amazing!

The location was great, exactly where we wanted to be. We were able to walk to several restaurants for any meal. The beach was across a small street. Across from the condo. Very convenient so we didnt miss a sunset. Our hosts had everything we couldve needed, EVERYTHING! We werent prepared for a fully furnished place so we stopped for essentials, not expecting so much but truly appreciated. I almost hate to rave on the property, dont want ot to be booked when we want to come back.

Girls Trip success

We had such a wonderful relaxing vacation!! We rented a car (which I highly recommend) and we’re close to everything we could want. The access to the beach was great for sunrises, and sunsets and being able to run back to the condo for food or drinks. We will be back for sure for our annual girls trips!

Wonderful Vacation!

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for our first trip to St. Pete Beach and we loved it! The condo had everything we needed and more. The communication was great. We loved the location to the pool and the beach! The pool was heated which worked out great for staying in April. There were several restraunts within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

Dedicated blues fans come to Tampa every year for the blues festival even though it was canceled we decided to go down anyway had a great time hope to be able to stay next year for the festival thanks
