Studio Unit 1406C - 2 blocks off beach with Direct Waterway Views.
This updated, clean and convenient Studio unit is located on the 14th floor with outstanding direct views of the Intercoastal Water way and all the yacht traveling on it and just 2 blocks from the beach. Convenient to the next-door Historic Bonnet House Museum and Gardens and the adjacent State Park for bicycle riding. It is just a walk across the bridge to the Galleria Mall and water taxi stop and just 2 blocks from a bus stop for the route that runs along the beach highway A1A. The unit has a king bed, table for two and small kitchenette with a stove top surface microwave and mini fridge. On site parking and elevator service make access convenient and there is a workout center and laundromat in the building. Plenty of restaurants and shops within a few blocks.
