Family friendly spacious home

Located on a quiet street, minutes from Downtown North Conway and all that the Valley has to offer. This spacious and family friendly home is a 5 br, 3 bath with many amenities. Sleeps 10-15 guests. Entryway allows for all of the ski, snowboard, winter gear to be stored without getting rest of house wet. Entertainment throughout the house with board games, ping pong, foosball, fast streaming TV, screen-in porch, firepit, and many more. Private back area of house with loft. Linens and sheets are not provided; please bring your own (details will be sent 1 week prior to check-in).

We had such a wonderful time at this VRBO in North Conway! It does need to say more clearly that you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, but everything else was wonderful. We were a group of 3 families. And it was ideal to have the three stories with bedrooms and bathrooms in each level. Also, the kids enjoyed the variety of toys and books that were there. And Connie is very responsive and a kind and welcoming host.

Family ski trip

We had a wonderful stay. Home is clean, comfortable and has plenty of room for whole family. The teenagers had fun in the game room. The location of home was great near ski area and shops for those who didn’t ski. This was our second stay here and will most likely go back again.

Plenty of room to sleep, plenty of common area to gather. Steps from drive way to house ( for anyone with mobility issues) 3 full baths ( very convenient) All kitchen needs there. Upstairs, main level & lower level.

Family ski fun

We had a wonderful weekend in your home! My grandchildren loved the playroom for their fun. This was my husband and my Christmas gift to our children and they were all pleased. We are coming back in March and are so pleased to return. The house has plenty of room and enough seating for all. Snow was shoveled off steps during snow storm which was very nice as well.

Comfortable place for a group

We traveled for cross-country racing at Jackson. Convenient location made it easy to get to the grocery and race course. We enjoyed having the big kitchen for cooking and a comfortable living area for hanging out after the races. Keurig and coffee pods were a plus!

Great location

The house is a great location to the mountain. There are 3 floors with bedrooms and bathroom on each floor. We had 3 families (my daughter her husband and 2 kids - my son with wife and 2 kids and me and my husband) so the layout was perfect. We each had our own floor. When I had any questions regarding the house Connie, the owner, responded very quickly. Overall a very nice vacation.

Loved our stay. Place was clean and had most things we needed. This is a “BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS” rental which was disappointing to learn the week of check in. Also the dishwasher broke and leaked all over. Which was hard to clean up since they don’t provide towels either. Had to wash everything by hand. Not a huge deal but not how I wanted to spend my time on vacation. Otherwise there were plenty of games and it was centrally located. I would definitely stay again. Great value for the price. Host was great to communicate with.

Unsanitary and unhealthy rental

Interior was similar to photos, exterior was in rough shape, paint pealing, rotten siding, etc. Upon arrival, broken mirror found, let the owner know. First night, guests in lower level bedroom, awoke with numerous cockroaches on their bed. The next morning, I informed the owner, they stated they would work on getting pest control there. The individuals that were staying in those two rooms, had to relocate the couches in the main area. Second day on site, we found the refrigerator was not staying cold and found the gasket was off. We did our best to reinstall, so we would not loose hundreds of dollars worth of groceries. We ran the dishwasher and found that was leaking. We also opened an additional pull out couch in the 3 season room, only to find mouse feces in the folded mattress as well as in and around the couch. Later that day after site seeing, we came home to shower and found out, that the second floor shower leaked into the kitchen after a few people use that shower. We checked to make sure it wasn’t water outside the shower and the upstairs bathroom floor was dry. The second evening, one of my fellow guests, Joe, reached out to the owner and the owner apologized and offered a refund of the cleaning fee, which has not been refunded, nor is that satisfactory. I have reached out to the owner multiple times, with no response. VRBO should not allow this rental due to unsanitary conditions.

Guest broke our mirror which was in the same spot for past 3 years. All of the appliances mentioned were less than 6 months new so they were all in new condition. Shower leaks if shower curtain is left wide open. Also no such thing as cockroaches in NH nevermind the house.

We enjoyed our stay at your comfortable and convenient home. Plenty of room for the group to stretch out and relax. Love that you have the bedrooms away from the action in the living and game rooms. Perfect for a friend getaway

My husbands an avid hiker so we celebrated his 30th birthday with a friend trip to the mountains. The location was perfect and we absolutely loved the space the house provided. There were a total of 12 adults and we all fit very comfortably. We’d definitely stay here again in the near future!
