Our stay at the Hive Blue Spruce Lodge was magical! It was the perfect place to host our 10 Year Anniversary and Vow Renewal celebration with our closest friends / former wedding party members. The lodge is on a beautiful picturesque property with plenty of room for games and activities. The view from the porch at sunset is unreal. The lodge itself is cozy but also spacious, with plenty of room for 12 adults to sleep comfortably. We would definitely recommend this property to others. The hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Moms 60th bday weekend
Rented this establishment for my moms 60th birthday First things first Communication with the hosts in the beginning after first booking the house was almost never returned with answers to my questions They would reach back out almost a week after a question was askedThe booking site was made to seem as though there was more space than than they’re actually was The two “twin futons” (which were originally described as king beds on the site in the original booking ) were not meant to be used as beds as was told to me after we arrived at the houseBoth king Bed pull out couches were completely broken and were unable to be used The mattresses on the those pull outs were covered in stains and nail clippings They’re were no extra linens for beds only pillows and blankets We were told our check in time was allowed at 2:00 however when me and my family arrived at 2:30 they house was still being cleaned We came back to the property around 4:30 and cleaning lady was still packing up ( which is still after normal check in time at 4:00)There were absolutely no paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent , trash bags etc so make sure to bring all paper goods The “fireplace” doesn’t work so it’s apparently just for esthetics With this all being said however the views were spectacular and the house itself (besides the downstairs common area ) were prettyI unfortunately would not rent from this company again due to lack of communication
