Prime Location - Recently updated with lots of charm. This cottage features high ceilings, wood floors and private yard with patio. Located in a prime Upper East neighborhood. Walk to the parks and downtown. Kitchen with a stove, oven and full size refrigerator. Recently remodeled bathroom with tile shower. Dedicated washer and dryer on property. Plenty of street parking. Walk to town, parks and mission. No smoking of any kind.

Cottage has dedicated internet/wifi which is billed at $40 per month, first month is billed with reservation. Thank you.

Amazing experience and host!

A quaint cottage that has everything you need for a short term stay. Great location near to State St in a quiet suburban neighborhood. Fully furnished with a comfortable bed, fast internet, and good water pressure. Easy street parking just beware of street sweeping to avoid tickets. Access to a private garden to enjoy some downtime and fret natural light from it. The outside W/D kept noise down and I could barely hear it when running both. The dryer can take a second cycle when doing a big load or having a few towels in there. I recommend choosing the high heat setting and running it for ~90min. We initially had some problems with ants due to weather changes but Suzanne responded and helped take care of the problem the same day. It can get cold in there during the winter but again Suzanne provided a space heater right after messaging her. Overall, I would stay here again if I was to visit SB. Suzanne is a perfect accommodating host.

Amazing and convenient location for a short or long stay.

Very convenient location, close to basically everything Santa Barbara has to offer. The little back yard makes a nice place to hang out if you receive company, just minutes to State Street if you feel not to drive and just have a pleasant walk. 100% recommended if you ever want to stop by Santa Barbara and have a cutesy homey place to stay.

Quiet, nice yard, lots of old charm. Bathroom and kitchen were remodeled in 2020; yard was landscaped in 2021 with new patio.
