Located perfectly between Montecito and Santa Barbara, 12 minutes from the beach, this light filled, comfortable private retreat features high vaulted ceilings and walls lined with windows that look out into two private acres of natural oak forest. This serene unique space, once and airy art studio, includes a newly built full kitchen, gorgeous granite dining table, plush living area, and cozy bedroom. Enjoy outdoor seating areas, walking paths & gorgeous views attended by visiting wildlife in this singular location. Minutes to downtown, beaches, the Botanic Garden, Natural History Museum, Riviera Theater, Westmont, Lotus Land, and the Mission. Gorgeous hiking trails a short walk from the door. We welcome peaceful living and prefer cooking be vegetarian. Polite pets considered.
