This lovely second floor retreat is perfect for the vacation or corporate traveler seeking a private furnished rental. The location is ideal! It’s a 3-minute walk to Sprouts, Rite Aid, and coffee shops, electric bike rentals and Trader Joe’s is 7 minutes away, 5-10 minutes to several very good restaurants. For those of you familiar with Julia Child's she put "La Super Rica" on the map! Best authentic Mexican food in town. The Santa Barbara Bowl is a 20-minute walk, best concert venue in Southern California. East Beach is a 5 minute drive, it doesn't get much better than this! Make this your getaway retreat with many happy returns!
