It will accommodate up to six guests comfortably in the 1,300 square feet of living space, making it an ideal space for a family or a group of close friends looking for an amazing mountain/Bavarian experience.

You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside the condo's beautiful interior, boasting magnificent furnishings, warm wood touches, and cozy gas fireplace. The large windows and vaulted ceiling match the grandeur of the expansive views of the mountains and downtown from the private deck, creating a spectacular home base for your trip.

The welcoming condo has everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay, including wireless internet, central heating/AC, W/D, 3 flat screen TVs with cable and DVD players, and fully stocked kitchen - sure to satisfy all of your entertainment needs during your vacation. The condo even comes with a dedicated underground parking spot to make the transition into your vacation that much more pleasant.

Security deposit of $300 is automatically forfeited if (1) pets are found on the property or (2) a violation of the no smoking policy occurs.

Wonderful, comfortable two-story (loft) condo. The location was perfect - half-block to town, view of lights, and a view of the river. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. And the bonus was the cute fireplace which felt super cozy on the cold nights. And super bonus was private parking in the development garage included in the fee. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location in Leavenworth. Spacious condo, nice view from deck, easy walk to river trails or to shops/restaurants. Had a wonderful family trip, with a variety of personalities all able to find things to do, and this being our relaxing home base.

Perfect location for outdoor adventure in a quaint, small town setting, while still offering great restaurants, bars, wineries, and shopping. And the fact that it is on the sunny side of the Cascades is a huge draw.
