This beautiful renovated lake front home with amazing outdoor space overlooks Springs Dock. We are tucked into a small inlet away from boat traffic, in a no-wake zone, ideal for swimming. The new 22x25 covered deck won't let a little rain ruin your outdoor enjoyment. The space features an outdoor kitchen with a built in Bull grill, and plenty of seating for dining. If you would rather cook inside, enjoy the newly remodeled, well stocked kitchen. The home features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms on 3 levels for added privacy, Ideal for 3 families.

Upper level
Two bedrooms (King/King) and a full bath.

Main Level
The main level features a large recently redecorated great room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and laundry room. There is also an extra full size refrigerator, and large food pantry. The primary King Bedroom with a full bath and walk-in closet is located on the main floor. It features sliding glass doors to a sitting area on the deck.

Lower Level
Two bedrooms (Queen/twin bunk) and a bunk room (4 twins), plus another full bath. This area also has a large sitting area with TV, a game table for cards or puzzles.

Outside
The best feature of our home is all the outdoor seating and dining area available. There is enough room at the dining tables outside for everyone to sit, plus comfortable conversation areas. In addition to the upper deck, the lower deck has a porch swing and separate sitting area with adirondack chairs. Outdoor lighting lets you converse late into the night:) A newly constructed moderate slope concrete path leads to a seating area around the fire and dock. Pictures of slope provided.

The home has a double bay covered dock with a large swim area in a no- wake zone for relaxing and one boat slip available for renter's use. Boats limited to two per group. Two kayaks are included for your enjoyment. Plenty of parking available and there are 2 boat ramps less than 5 minutes from the house.

Every TV in the home is either a Smart TV or has a Roku installed to stream your services.

Exterior security cameras on property at front door/driveway, side garage, and dock.

We are located less than 1 mile to The Greens at Deerfield Clubhouse and the Chapman Hill Winery. Newly opened Bar and Restaurant Living the Dream just opened up around the corner. Located 25 Minutes Off I-75, Exit 134 Caryville. We are 10 miles from Food Lion and 16 miles to Super Walmart.

On Dock - tilt up swim ladder, close umbrella, stack chairs, make sure kayaks and paddles are put back.

Perfect spot for a family getaway!

We visit Norris often as a family of four, but wanted to bring our extended family this time. We were drawn to this home for its location and price and were thrilled with our choice. The owners were extremely helpful and communicative and the home was perfect for our group of 12. We loved the ice maker and extra fridge and especially the outdoor spaces! Beautiful home and perfect location

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The kids loved the bunk bed room and each couple had their own space. The outdoor living space was wonderful and we enjoyed many meals on the grill. We enjoyed the location, tucked behind the marina, with less boat traffic and plenty of space to swim. The hosts were very welcoming and answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommend this place!

Great home in a great location

We stayed for a week and the property was perfect. Driveway to the home was not too steep. Boat dock and deck were great for hanging out and swimming. Location of home was in close proximity to Shanghai Marina and located in a private hollow with calm waters. Home was great, outdoor living was perfect, and the group had a blast. Highly recommend this spot.

Great Week!

Great house in a great location! We were a group of 15 and the house accommodated us perfectly. The covered deck is awesome. Great place to enjoy dinner as a group after a long day on the water! Also was a perfect place to hang out on our 1 rain day. Communication by the host is great, they really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed before and after we arrived. Highly recommend staying here.

Great Place

Even with the worst overall weather my wife and I have had, the outdoor space more than made up for it. Plenty of games available to keep all ages busy. Marina is very convenient, cove nice and calm, plenty’ of room on the dock and a huge pantry for groceries. Had one minor event which was handled immediately even though they were attending a family dance recital. Will stay here again if going back to Norris Lake.

Checked every box! Clean, large, three levels allowed kids to be kids! Large kitchen, ice Maker, amazing deck, and outstanding dock for pontoon, kids swimming, or simply relaxing! So homey. Beds comfortable. Two kayaks a big hit! Grill was top notch. Easy launch for pontoon. This house was perfect for us! We will be back!

Relaxing and fun!!

This was a well needed vacation, a break away from sports and work, and being on the go all the time. Went down with my kids and their friends and we had an absolute blast. The property was nice although learned very quickly that the steep path to the dock was difficult. We would not rent again for this reason. We had an ant problem all week along the kitchen counter along the window. Annoying! Property was comfortable and fully equipped.

Wonderful Summer Lake House

We really enjoyed the house, the property, the dock & all the lake had to offer. The house worked really well for the 8 adults & 6 kids/teens during our stay. The house was very clean & I don't think I realized from the pictures how nice the covered decks were - we spent a ton of time on the upper deck in the mornings & evenings outside the kitchen playing games & enjoying the view. This was our first visit to Norris Lake, and we didn't realize how clear the water would be! It was easy to swim right from the dock & we used the kayaks almost every day. We rented a pontoon from Springs Dock for 2 of the days, which was an easy process. We did reserve it a few weeks ahead of time to make sure they had one available. We went tubing, boated to a jumping rock, a rope swing & boated to dinner one night at Shanghai. A few tips for those coming to the house in the future- the area is quite remote, and the nearest large grocery store is about 30 minutes away, so plan accordingly. The main options for eating out are the marinas, & they are very casual, family-friendly and a lot of fun. Janelle did message before the stay letting us know they provide a 'starter supply' of things like toilet paper, kitchen trash bags, etc, but it is very much just a starter supply, so you definitely need to bring these items. There was also no dish soap/Dawn provided, so bring that if you plan on hand washing anything. Small details, though, everyone from ages 10 to 75 in our group had a blast!

We had a great time at this beautiful house. The house is in a very quiet part of the lake and the decks have a great view. We had breakfast and dinner everyday on the deck overlooking the lake and it was lovely. The house was very clean and it has everything you need to prepare meals. The owners were very responsive and communicated with us well before our vacation to make sure we had all the information we needed. Also while we were there, the owners were very supportive and answered/solved the issues we had very quickly. In summary it is a great property and the owners are one of the best we have dealt with in our many trips to Norris! Thanks Janelle

This property was excellent. It had plenty of room for the kids to play and adults to relax. The outdoor living area we extremely nice. The dock was in great shape, in a no-wake zone with a marina nearby for gas and rentals if needed. We will be renting this home again in the future. Thanks!

Everything about this house and location is amazing! The house was super clean and really well set up for 3 families. We had 12 people 6 adults and six kids ages 8 to 12. They had a blast sharing the the bunk room. The outside space is amazing including a really roomy covered deck and a great private dock. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

If we are not on the water, then you will most likely find us hiking, or reading on the back deck. We enjoy family vacations where we can all relax and just enjoy being together. Why they chose this property

The relaxing back deck:) Can't you just see yourself out here in the morning with a good cup of coffee, or enjoying a family meal together? The view from the deck is fabulous, just being so close to the water has the most calming effect.

This house has a great location. It isn't too far off the highway. Super Walmart is nearby and the roads to the house are an easy drive (even pulling a boat). There are three boat launches close and plenty of trailer parking. We also loved the idea of being in a No Wake area ideal for swimming and off the beaten path of boats traveling in and out of the marina.

We are close to many marinas and restaurants. The golf course being so close also provides additional activity when you need a break from the lake or a nice attraction in the off season. There is a carryout convenient store less than a mile from the home for any last minute items and a great local winery with amazing views, wine tasting and appetizers. The home is multi-level with two family room areas providing nice separation for large groups.

What makes this property unique

The outdoor living space provides year round enjoyment no matter the weather. If you aren't on the water, you don't have to go far to enjoy food and fun. We provide renters with two kayaks and are located in a no-wake zone. We have great WiFi connection for streaming.
